This was my second time saying here and same as last time I enjoyed myself. This was a shorter visit but the staff was still excellent

The room is comfortable and clean. That said, we requested that housekeeping make the bed and it was never done. Additionally, the hot water was not hot on one of the days we were there.

Check in was a lot longer than usual and the desk staff seemed as if I was troubling them when I asked for any assistance.

Room was next to a train line , facing a brick wall. I don’t know why this hotel got 9 rating.

For the price of the rooms at the hotel they should provide breakfast to customers but other than that it was a nice well maintained hotel

Extremely comfortable, safe, clean hotel with kind staff that went out of their way to help us with whatever request we had! 10/10, will be back!

GREAT rooftop bar but wish it was open Sunday nights. The trains behind the hotel were obnoxious all hours. The coffee in the lobby isn’t great. The bed was great. The shower head is a rain shower, I don’t like those, no pressure at all.
