We had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly- even when walking down the halls everyone said hello or asked if we needed help. It was very welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again. Thanks!

Parking cost seemed high but it may have caused by the heavy season of tourism… Solomon the valet attendant was attentive to all your needs…. Solomon seems to Love what he does and is great at it! The overall staff was wonderful.

Great place, easy access to metro, grocery store close, resturant was good. Staff was excellent.

It was a good stay. My first time in DC. Will definitely respect them again

I set up a reservation months in advance for the junior suite. When I arrived at the property, they informed me that my room has been changed to a double queen room, because the junior suite is unavailable. They gave me a $100 refund for the difference of the room, not additional for the major inconvenience. It is a nice and clean hotel, but after the room switch up, I would never stay there again.

Spacious rooms, Very clean.

Really loved my room and the staff. Everyone was so friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Our room was well kept and clean, it was ready as soon as we arrived around 3pm,hotel was quiet at night, so we were able to sleep like rocks! The cable was out on the second day, but that’s on the cable company doing work, not the hotel itself. The food at the restaurant was good as well, the gym and pool area were also nice and clean. Definitely one of my top picks when visiting DC.

Room was clean and there was enough room for everyone to comfortably sleep in

The front desk then handed me and my other brother keys to two rooms, and when we opened the doors, both were already occupied by other guests. That is a serious problem — for us and for the people whose rooms we walked into. We went back to the lobby, where staff acknowledged the mistake and finally gave us our rooms. By that point we had almost no time to rest, since it was a one-night stay and checkout was already approaching. We paid in full for rooms we barely got to use. I’d expect a hotel to honor rooms that were reserved and paid for in advance, especially when they were given advance notice of our arrival time.

The property is very well maintained and and in a good area . The proximity to train station is best feature both Metro and Union train station.

A home away from home
-
Hotel room was clean and very spacious. The area around the hotel was safe, clean and had lots of restaurants. It was a short walk to union station and the capital.
-
TV Didn’t work, not a problem, I’m not a great TV watcher. Coffee Machine was broken. Fridge so loud I had to unplug it, and the A/C was noisy, even when turned off.

Nothing

The property charged me extra money even though I paid the FULL amount on Expedia. This charge was in addition to the incidents that would be released after check out. After speaking with management, they then said that they would release the extra charge but never did! Been fighting with my bank to dispute the charge for over a MONTH! Do not book here.
