Our hotel was flooded and they are incredibly slow with getting my refund.

Floor renovations happening. Parking fees was too much

The front desk area also had two large air ducts running continuously, making it extremely difficult to hear the staff during check-in because of the excessive noise.

No place to park your car!!! Too many people on the streets begging for cigarettes and or money, very uncomfortable setting. Pick a different state

No ac in the room. Staff is rude. Not worth the money at all. Dirty room.

It would have been nice if someone told me that the hotel was under construction! The AC didn’t work on the lobby and bar. Also, the floors were all torn up. Looks like they are wall papering or painting. Very messy. Plus the elevators are slow. Will never stay there again.

Good experience. Friendly staff and convenient location. Rift raft hanging out front but common in the area. Parking expensive, but other option across the street.

They had a pipe break on the top floor, a lot of fans in hallways wall paper pealing off smell of mildew and no discount!!!

Good hotel, great location. It was in the middle of a renovation, so I guess once it’s finished it will be really nice.

They had pipe burst and there were dehumidifiers everywhere. When I asked if I’d be on a floor where it happened I was told no but then not only was I on the floor in the room right next to where the “flooding” stopped. Gross!

The staff member told me that the charge for my reservation would be refunded. So far, that hasn't happened.

Hotel had serious water issue. flooded at least from floor 4 to ground floor. woke up to water on floor in room. issued a refund but doesnt nearly cover headache and new last minute booking plus laundromat and wasted half a day. terrible

Amazing

We were a family of Four they allocated us one room in a cheaper sister hotel but only for 2 nights , Four people in one double room in the new hotel. After complaining we got two rooms no breakfast included we had to pay for the transfer and find another hotel for the last night . Shocking treatment of a family with children .

Clean and nice accommodations.

The free breakfast on sutarday. There was eet on floor room and the tap in restroom was almost block. There was only one lift oprrate from 3 lifts?

Valet staff were great. Rest can improve quite a bit- smelly room, discourteous breakfast restaurant desk person, inefficient front desk staff, lack of signage. When there are 4 adults registered to be in the room why would the restaurant lady argue about giving breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids? It didn’t matter anyway because the breakfast was so bad.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful and friendly.
