Everything was good , I enjoy my time there

I really enjoyed my stay there

location, staff, beds were comfortable, close to the metro red line a few steps from the hotel the bed sofa was vwry uncorfortable, they shouldnt advertise as a room for 3 , with that sofa. No breakfast, for 15 dollar in the cafe in the second floor you can get coffee and a set menu ( avocado toast or egg sandwich for example)

ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS LOCATION.

The room was really spacious, clean, and very quiet. There was quite a loud noise from the air conditioner, I think, and there wasn’t really anything I could do about it. And it’s only really annoying when you’re trying to sleep at night.

Location has a lot of foot traffic but if the perfect place if you are looking for food and entertainment options. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate, and please do not get me started with the room. The size of it impressed me to no end, along with the cleanliness.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast options were good as well. Housing keeping didn't come to our room without request The heated pool was NOT heated The fact that parking was valet only was not clear

THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL THE BOTTLED WATTER IN THE ROOM, I WAS SHOCKED TO LEARN IT WAS $8. IT HAD TO BE COMPLEMENTARY.

Food was very good. Neighborhood did not feel safe with quite a few homeless approaching us every day for money. Stores had security guards and items locked in cases which added to the feeling of anxiety and fear. The receptionist at the hotel during the day was argumentative and not helpful nor empathetic.

Good location, lots of places nearby for food. Room was nice. Trains pass by in the middle of the night with horns. Was loud. Wish the description would have been more clear regarding the available parking which is apparently valet only and rather expensive?

Breakfast was great and the ladies serving it were fantastic. The room was clean and we had fresh towels every day. The one major issue was with the toilet. One of our kids clogged the toilet. I called the lobby around 9pm and they said they would send someone up (since they don't have plungers in the room). An hour later, I went down to the desk to ask when someone might come by. I was then handed a plunger and told the "engineer" wasn't available until tomorrow. I took the plunger back up to the room, and it broke almost immediately when I tried to use it (it looked old and worn down to begin with). I went back down and was told they didn't have another plunger in the entire hotel and that no one would be available until the morning, leaving us with no working toilet for almost 12 hours. They didn't offer an apology or any other solution at the time. At least the lobby had a working bathroom! We were checking out the next morning and I got a much better vibe from that gentleman, who was apologetic and offered to add points to my account at least. I'd also like to praise the guys at the door who were also friendly and helpful with suggestions for parking off site and always greeting us with a smile. So overall it wasn't a bad experience, but the people on staff that evening definitely brought it down a notch.
