It was just okay. Unfortunately, not up to the normal standard I’ve got use to.

Had a small issue with billing. I was being charged an extra day for parking after staying 1 night.

Except the agent at the front desk took a long time to check in for me and my guests. I had 3 rooms registered and 2 rooms for the guests and one room for my couple. I registered all the rooms with my name. I askled to change the 2 rooms' names for our guests but she said with the new syetem she could not do it. I never had any problem to do that in any other hotel. so that was very strange. Also she charged for deposit fee without any explanation. Very uncomfortable experience.

I went to go check in and was told no rooms .Drove to Holiday inn college park stood in a line and was able to check in before 11pm .I would have been outside

The light went off for more than 24 hours on the day of the storm and I got stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes. No explanation from anyone. I couldn't charge my phone to call my family.

Super friendly staff Breakfast included was good The only thing that bothered me a bit was you needed to pay 25$ for parking

Victor was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcomed and told us to avoid walking in certain areas at night. He made us laughed when we told him we planned to walk to the sights. He said, "Not in this heat" He told us to take the bus and he gave us extra water.

Very nice hotel, with a clean and spacious room, a decent breakfast, and a great location close to all the major attractions in Washington. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
