A very nice place to be. Everything was on point. I did enjoyed my stay

I stayed for 4 nights and price was moderate. Room was clean including bathroom. Staff was good and amenities including air conditioning was perfect. My only issue is that they hold a deposit of $100 which should be refunded when you check out. It's been 24 hours now but has still not received the deposit.

The staff was nice and changed the sheets and towels daily but that was the only positive. The room was dirty and we encounter numerous bugs especially near the bathroom. The room was also very humid. It was humid to the point where the pages in my notebook were curling due to all of the moisture. The walls and floor were also very sticky. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel even if you’re trying to stay in DC on a budget.
