Great service would recommend

I only stayed one night of the total 5–6 days I reserved the room. There were people smoking right outside their doors, and the smoke was being pulled in by my AC unit. Although the sheets looked clean and the room as a whole was clean, there were cigarette burns on the bed skirting, and there was what looked like non-roach/bedbug bugs in some of the corners of the room. The furniture was heavily used and worn out. It would be great for a budget stay, but it also didn't feel super safe. I would stay again if needed, but if I have the money to find something better, I will. Parking is behind a secure gate for a fee.

Firstly, don't be fooled by the name. This is a motel, not a hotel, so you're going to get all the noises and smells that come with motels. As for the quality of the stay, it was fine. There was a house centipede on the ceiling after I showered which was a little alarming, but we agreed not to bother each other and it disappeared at some point during the first night. The curtains for the room only offer about 95% privacy. Housekeeping showed up every day so that was nice. The area of town sucks but that's not really a fault of the hotel, just something to keep in mind. I had no serious problems but next time I would definitely would pay extra for an actual hotel in a better part of town.

@Expedia you should bann this property from your platform if you want to maintain your reputation

However, the door seal was very bad and the front window was plexiglass or something and we were right by a stairwell and the sound of people coming and going at all hours was significant. The mitigating factor is the cost was reasonable for DC, and we weren’t spending much time there, so that’s how it goes. A $10 per night parking fee is charged, but it is a big fenced lot and convenient. If you want to limit your budget, this was good enough.

All was good
-
It has a restaurant inside
-
The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee machines and microwaves were available in the rooms. The property is basic, motel rather than hotel experience with all rooms haveing direct outdoor access. for those who have vehicles there is gated parking. Unfortunately, the location is directly on very busy highway and therefore a bit noisy. It is not particularly accessable for disabled clientel as access to the rooms necessitated negotiating steps either up or down

I dont recomment this hotel
-
The hotel is very unimpressive from the outside, but our room was very nicely equipped and very clean. Unfortunately, the mattress was so hard that it was like sleeping on a floor, and the lack of additional pillows and/or blankets didn't allow for us to improve the situation any.

Nothing stood out

Propre, tranquille.

You do need to pay for parking (normally ($10 for car, $40 for trucks/big vehicles). Hotel did seem a bit old and not taken care of the best. Was a bit worried about bed bugs due to other reviews, but our room did not have them. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at for less than $100/night.

Has laundry facilities. Rooms are large and fairly nice.
-
This was not a 4 or 5 star place, so move along if that's what you are looking for. It was clean and comfortable. Parking lot seemed pretty secure, and the place was relatively quiet. Good water pressure in the shower, but AC seemed to be lacking.

Expedia Service sucked. Can't imagine a more useless service.

Room was clean, and air conditioning was on already
