Very dirty

This is not a hotel it’s a motel and a very poorly ran and was a horrible experience! Worst hotel booking I ever experienced and should be removed from hotel.com as an option! Dirty towels, nasty room with old worn chipped furniture. Poor tv reception and very outdated. The worst experience I had to deal with! This deserves to refund me all my money

The room was not cleaned properly and outside of room it was smelling badly. and the bathroom stuff was not there basic like towels

Had a short one night stay. Was easy to check in and out. Room was clean for the most part. Did see some stuff down in the drain of the sink and a roach on the wall, but other than that it wasn’t too bad. Parking was nice and cheap. Left early in the morning to get breakfast and they had someone posted up to let people in/out. Area is a little sketchy, but there’s plenty of options for food, shopping, etc. Somebody in the lobby was reporting that his car was broken into, so be sure to lock up.

We realized the bedsheets had yellow stains on them before leaving; it was terrible—we had slept in that bed for three days. It was disgusting. We took photos, and the only thing the girl said was, "Sorry."

Found a big stain on a pillowcase when I turned the pillow over.

It was alright for the price point.

Good shower. Floor needed a good mopping. Bed was comfy. No nearby ice maker. Price was decent.
-
The air conditioning worked well. That’s a definite plus.

Great location, close to the Capitol area. Bathroom features are very old.

Very clean rooms. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was excellent!! When I asked for extra towels the man at the desk gave them to me with no fuss, unlike other places we have stayed. Parking was only $10 a day. We took an Uber into the city and it was super easy for pickup and drop-off. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything especially location.

Wasn't what I expected, but overall it was decent and we had a good stay. Thank you to the staff that helped me changed the room upon arrival.

It was a last minute decision to stay here, but fairly it wasn’t bad! It may be horrible or scary for those who have higher standards of a hotel, but for me and my family of 4 including me, it wasn’t too bad. It was very quiet and the staff were so incredibly helpful and very kind! The rooms are.. okay, they’re not luxury depending on which room you have, our room was decent enough though, a little dirty, and things threatened to break if we weren’t careful, but it was our cheapest option so who am I to complain. It’s a nice area for a very quick stay! It’s advertised as a hotel, but the place gives motel. Even has a nice restaurant next door for quick meals aswell. Overall, it was a nervous experience, but not unpleasant.

Cheap, close to DC Horrible location. Area smelled like weed and had people loitering outside rooms. Stairwell areas were low lit and disgusting. Shady characters around.
-
A good stay for the price. Beds are a little uncomfortable (bouncy and a little firm). A/C works great. Thin walls (especially near the roadway). Great staff. Gated parking
