Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC NoMa Union Station

Breakfast was great but small area so it got a little messy.

Property is a nice clean pleasant stay.

Clean room, pleasant staff, nice pool.

Quiet & spacious suite. Good breakfast. Short walk to supermarket & metro station. Just a few metro stops to downtown & really low fares!

The complimentary breakfast is fresh and delicious with options to please anyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The shuttle service is invaluable; being free to the Metro Station.

The kitchenette and shower had roaches coming out of the drain. I’ve never experienced anything like this in any hotel- let alone a hilton; I was honestly appalled. I will not be returning to any homewood suites in the future because I can only assume that the problem comes from the rooms not being cleaned properly after guests used the kitchenettes. I’m not even sure if I want to return to any hilton hotel in the future. We had previously booked somewhere else and canceled for this hotel, regrettably.

Everything was just okay. Nothing or any staff really stood out to me.

I didn't need to interact with the staff for the most part, but the few what times I did speak with someone at the front desk, they were all very nice. Thr room was large and beds were comfortable - two Queens. Super convenient to be able to have the ability to prepare meals if you choose to. The pool is small but nice. There is a hot tub, but it was not open while I was there. There are a lot of good local places to eat in the neighborhood and some cool little shops. I prefer to Uber but there is a subway station within a fifteen minute walk. It's definitely not walking distance to the Mall area, but that's okay, because the rooms are so reasonably priced, and breakfast is included. I think the parking charge is too high, however. You can park for half the price at Union Station garage which is about a 1.5 miles away.

Great sized room for 2 adults and 2 teens. We were missing towels and bedding but got them quite quickly. Location a bit out of the way to centre of town, probably ok most of the time but we were there during heatwave so the walk felt long. Not overly impressed with the breakfast and seemed to be an issue with air con so breakfast wasn't a great experience. Parking provided was good, pool looked ok but we didn't use it. Overall a nice stay and suited us.

Staff needs to be friendlier and work on their customer service.

pool was out of action and I specifically booked this hotel for this reason

Be careful dealing with the manager Anera very dismissive & unprofessional. However , Josh & Joseph were excellent.
