Our room was beautiful. When we checked out we left some items behind and the front desk and cleaning staff helped get us our items back

The hotel was nice and clean, staff was super helpful and nice. Food was ok, only thing I would of liked was for washers to work and the dryers hardly dry.

We had a wonderful stay! We loved our suite. It was so comfortable and cozy that I almost wanted to stay in the room instead of going to the event in DC that we had traveled for! Everything was exceptionally clean, the amenities were great, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The staff was attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back again soon!

Location was great. Very clean property, inside and out. Breakfast was good. Wish there had been more green space for my dog. Wish there had been a Poop station on the grassy side next to the street. The only poop station for the dog was full of trash, no room for poop bags. The clerk that was on duty when we arrived, a young lady, should not be in the hospitality profession. She seemed bothered by having to help us. Never smiled. Saw her a day or so later on the phone at the counter and she was not nice with whoever was on the other end….she said “I wasn’t here yesterday, so what else can I do for you”. Maybe she was just having a bad week. All other clerks I encountered was all friendly and nice and professional.

Everything! This was our 2nd stay at this property & we love it! Location, gorgeous rooms, excellent breakfast & coffee station. Shuttle is so handy. Staff is exceptional. Only that we couldn’t stay longer

Staff was super nice. Deposit too high in my opinion. Sofa could use a shampoo. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the amenities but they looked nice and clean. Breakfast was good.
