An excellent location in the most beautiful site I have come across. It felt safe and secure even at night. The room was huge. The staff were helpful. Convenient for the local buses. All a big thanks to the owner/ manager who offered to deliver 1 of my items to my next location if it turned up at the hotel. 1st class service the whole time

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of a nice campus. It is within walking distance of Union Market, where you can find all kinds of food. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Great experience

I had a wonderful stay. This is a no-frills hotel/conference center. It's not an all "glammed-out" hotel. It is a nice, clean, basic hotel on the campus of a university. The campus is clean and quiet, and the neighborhood is as well. The front desk staff, as well as the cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. The workout space was enjoyable. All in all, the hotel was perfect for a short trip. If you want fancy and artsy, this hotel is not the place for you. But if you want a clean and friendly environment, this is the place.

The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was the best. The only downside was there was NEVER someone at the front desk. I had to wait a few minutes to check in and even longer to check out and I’m STILL waiting for my receipt to be sent to my email.

The breakfast was less than stellar, The heat in my room was unadjustable, The toilet paper holder was non-existent. I understand this is only a three-star facility but when you are charging four star prices I expect these things to be better done.

Wonderful safe campus. Beautiful and historic. Parking fee very expensive unless you can get a package that includes. Almost $50 per night. Breakfast buffet very good but the same every morning. No variety. Toaster doesn’t work. Bistro staff very nice. Gated entrance with security. Our second stay here.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first stay was good. The room was clean. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, my last stay was a bit unsettling. After taking a shower in the bathroom I was drying off and I saw a cockroach on the floor under the bathroom cabinet. It was about the size of a quarter. It startled me and made the second night of my stay unsettling. I know roaches are a commonality. However, I didn't expect to see one. Not sure if I will stay here again.

Room was clean. Some lights did not work. The washroom mirror was almost out of its casing. The window blind was behaving strangely. Otherwise a super place, very quiet and peaceful. The attraction is that the Union Market is like a block away and the food there is amazing.
