Kellogg Conference Hotel at Gallaudet University

Great location in the NOMA area of DC. College campus setting. Parking garage that you can come and go without valet or extra cost. RIght across the street near the parking garage is Union Market with its collection of little food places. The rooms are a bit aged, but are comfortable for sleeping and staff is great.

The room was clean and the front desk tried to help but things kept getting worst. I booked a double bed but they gave me 1 bed. Then they move me rooms and it was another single bed. I asked if they could jus give us two rooms and they said no. We walked up stairs and got our things to bring back downstairs to get another room and they said we gonna give you two rooms. 6 time coming to the lobby at that point. Sent my son nack up to the room wit his luggage and then he gave me my room. Key didnt work. Had to go back downstairs. Came back up got into the room next door alarm clock was going off and did not stop for 2hrs even tho i asked for it to be turned off. Mind you each time they changed rooms or I told them something was wrong I had to take the elevator down stairs. Then one of the elevators broke so that made the process longer. On top of the parking garage being almost a mile from the front door. Pulling my heavy luggage because the police didnt want us to park in the front while getting room and trying to drop off luggage. Someone could be kidnapped at night because the officer on duty jus chills in the cut looking at his phone.

Beautiful hotel. Loved it and convenient. Shuttle bus even picks up up and drop you off right in front from Amtrak station to hotel. Staff was wonderful. Arwa clean. Literally in a college campus.

The security of it being on campus, the fresh smell entering the lobby, No complimentary breakfast, and the fact that no one cleaned our room while we were there. The parking was difficult which we paid for, and handicap accessibility was not there.

Location we have stayed here several times. We have two kids going to college at Gallaudet move them into the dorms for the new year. Room could have been a bit cleaner.

Check in was great. Staff was very good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Extra charge for parking ($50) and extra charge for buffet breakfast ($20) or Executive Package ($30) included breakfast and concierge area which was not replenished during my stay.

Friendly staff, close to National Mall, confortable beds, good breakfast Parking is at a little distance, but you can drop your staff first at the hotel

Has to be the quietest place to stay in our nation's capital..... Safe for family or just a weekend getaway

Perfect stay, my only complaint was the parking fees.

The property was under construction in some areas. Also one elevator was broken for out entire stay. When we checked in the woman at the front seat was very helpful so we were able to check in early. When my husband when down the next day to buy snacks the same woman was in a foul mood. Never even looked up just asked for the room number. Later my daughter went to check in and she was bordering on rude. My daughter almost wanted to go to another hotel. That wasn’t a very pleasant check in. Other than that nothing special. It was very quiet and it was clean

Room is clean. Gym is available. One caveat would be window shades were inoperable from electrical switch

The property was spacious and quiet. I have a slight Disability and walking to public transportation was too far so I had to use an Uber, which was a bit costly.

Great staff. Nice rooms. Free diffused ice water. Know that this hotel is on the Gallaudet campus, a deaf university. Has a shuttle to Union station. Plan your excursions on that time. The nearest metro stop is an easy 15 minute walk as an alternative
