Hotel Nell - Union Market

Contemporary and fun hotel. Fantastic staff and perfect location just a short walk from delicious food. Union Market is a must visit. The hotel room was perfect.

Other than that, our stay was simply amazing. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun.

Two things that I didn't like. The breakfast overall was good, but I had a problem with them, giving themselves a tip automatically on the bill of 20%, whether the service was good or not. Also, the television channels for the TV in the room we're very limited.

1. There was a cup lid left on the floor, which raised questions about the cleanliness about the entire room. In addition, the lotioin dispenser did not work. 2. I notified the front desk about the matter and they did nothing about it. I didn't receive follow up communication from management nor any type of courtesy credit or coupon for next visit. I would be hesitant to use this location again, which is very disappointing given its location and other appealing offerings. I don't mess around with cleanliness and customer relations/service.

I liked my stay. The room was clean and just like any other good place. Uber was easy to get.

Stayed for work trip a week ago, and still have not received my invoice for reimbursement despite multiple calls and e mails. Extremely frustrating.

Terrible odor in hallways to rooms; dingy and poorly lighted. Shower curtain 4 inches from floor causing water to go all over.

Very nice charming place. Staff very nice. Room a bit cramped and no cable TV. Would stay again. Funky location, street parking nearby.

Great location and spacious king suites.

Very cute and clean hotel. The room was small with no closet, so I would not want to stay there for longer than a few days, but it was perfect for me. And I was able to walk to union station, about a mile away.

Manger was very helpful with parking issues i had. Definitely will stay here again

Rooms are cold.

I normally do not write reviews good or bad, but I have to write this one. I checked into the hotel late at night and when I was in the bathroom I saw a roach crawling around. I complained and was told there was only one room left in the hotel so I took it and when I went into that room as soon as I put my stuff down I saw a centipede. I went to complain and the guy at the desk told me that he had no other rooms so I could either keep my room and kill the bug or he could refund me my money. I took the refund and found another hotel.
