The original front desk man who helped me did not know what he was doing and could not answer my question of why he was charging me more than the documented proof of what I owe. He would not listen or provide clarification. The young lady who helped me next (and was a newer employee) was wonderful and understood what he did wrong and corrected the issue and I was charged appropriately.

Really good! Would recommend this hotel for any tourists traveling to D.C.
-
This was an awful experience! We got there at 1:20am after a concert, checked in, left to get food came back. Went in to a huge centipede running across the bedroom floor and under the bed. We left by 2am.

The room was clean, quiet, and well plenty of accessible power outlets. The staff was remarkably attentive and professional. Parking was secure and hassle-free, and the hotel is conveniently located near the transit links. The express check-out feature made my departure seamless.

Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. It will become our go to hotel in D.C.

Close to our destination of entertainment

The room was clean and in order. The staff was super helpful and kind. I wanted to leave my things there early at the hotel and then go explore the museums and then check in later and the staff was so helpful. They allowed me to check in early without any additional fees or anything. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

It's in a lower-income area, which wasn't a problem but may surprise visitors who aren't familiar with that part of DC.
-
The management and staff were helpful and pleasant. If you are seeking a hotel with potential that is reasonably priced and the parking is $15, by all means book.

Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned at all; there was makeup on the walls, someone else's hair in the sink, sticky red substances on the floor and worse of all bodily fluids on a picture. The door stop for extra security was completely broken off so there was no way to ensure safety that way. As a single female traveling for business I did end up leaving a day early because I didn't want to spend another night there. There also wasn't walkable places to eat and watching people shoot up across the street during breakfast was just depressing. I get it's a hotel in DC, but I've stayed in DC, Richmond and Baltimore plenty of times without encountering that on a consistent basis. I would not stay there again but it was a decent price and the staff were great.

The staff at front desk was not helpful. Bathroom in the lobby wasn't working for 2 days, Front desk agent was on phone Spanish speaking the entire time of my stay. Room was new but limited on amenities. Best part of stay was the breakfast and attendant who was very helpful.

The breakfast was good. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We specifically book this hotel for a hot tub. In the listing it says it does have a hot tub and pool. It does NOT.

Nothing I had 2 nights booked and I pulled into the driveway and had unhoused people across the street the ‘fence’ around the property had a big hole in it leading into the parking garage with another unhoused camp site was set it was very ghetto me and my children were very uncomfortable and we all had uneasy feelings when we pulled in plus I paid upfront months ahead of time and when I get there they held an additional 115 on each room they charged for parking but didn’t provide a secure location for your car I reluctantly go inside to check in we got 2 rooms on the 3rd floor in my room the elevator felt like it was going to stop working at any moment we step off the elevator and it was gross we get to our door and there is a huge chunk missing out of my door like someone had broken into the room the room was not clean we couldn’t even sit on the toilet our 2nd room had tape on the locks it had a strong smell of hand sanitizer I booked us in Lancaster PA and drove to Lancaster after driving from Maine to DC in one shot

Staff was nice Needed a little amount of better upkeep and better parking
-
Enjoyed my stay
-
Nice staff, on site parking is $15 a day and seems iffy because of the awkward parking spots but we got in there! Rooms definitely could’ve used a good sweep and a wipe down of the surfaces but overall a decent stay.
-
The location was a good distance from the event The rooms don’t have exhaust fans in the showers
-
It was a nice place to stay for Warped Tour.
