considering the proximity to the National Mall the prices were very reasonable, and the location was excellent, close to everything, dining, shopping, the neighborhood looks too industrial , many tourists avoid it due to its grungy feel, but as a former DC dweller I felt safe there

If you don’t mind people hanging out your door at 3 o’clock in the morning this is your place. The TV didn’t work, the floor was dirty, I had a fly and a mosquito in the room with me. Definitely would not recommend. People live here. Spend the extra $50-$75 and go somewhere else.

This should be removed from this platform! This is not a hotel — it’s a rundown motel. The entire property felt filthy and poorly maintained. There were homeless individuals staying in the parking area right outside the rooms, and abandoned motorized scooters scattered around.We were given one towel for four people, and the bathroom had no hand soap, no shampoo, and no conditioner. The bedding had paint stains, and there was mold in the bathtub and on the ceiling.The photos online are completely misleading. Do not be fooled — this place is nowhere near worth the $100 they’re charging. Our stay was an absolute nightmare.

This is not a hotel is a motel! You get what u pay for! Crackheads (zombies) and homeless are all around the property. Rooms have stains and smell bad! Dead cockroaches by the windowsill! Horrible! Make you sign a no smoking waiver & all the rooms smell like cigarettes! The sheets have holes all over them! Pay a little extra and do not stay here!

El lugar estaba sucio, las Savanas Llenas de hoyos, había cucarachas en las ventanas, y afuera muchos croquets haciendo scandalo toda la noche, fue una experiencia horrible, tenía un olor muy feo, en verdad me quede pork solo era una noche y no tenia devolucion, pero nunca mas.

The pillows were horrible, the blankets had burn holes in them and stained. there was a huge cockroach. the shower and toilet was nasty and dirty and the room had a horrible smell like smoke. The parking lot and sorrounded area had homeless and crackheads. Will never stay here

The room wasn't what we expected. Before we were able to close the door to our room, I had to find the light switch which was on the wall BEHIND the door. Asked for a king size bed and ended up walking into a hot queen size room. God forbid if we were trying to get away from someone we wouldn't know whose at the door, there was no visibility through the peephole. Stain on the sheet dust everywhere, iron board with no iron, not enough towels and washcloths for two people, l/we iterally got one towel and one wash cloth, and to top it off there was a stained mattress laying in the middle of the parking lot. Let the person in the office know that there's a mattress just laying in the parking lot and his exact words were thats not the hotel mattress, that's not what we asked you sir. What are you gonna do bout the mattress laying on the head parking lot, apparently nothing cuz he just stood it up and leaned it up against the railing that other occupants have to touch.

It is a ran down motel

The office staff sometimes tries to squeeze more money out of you for no reason, and they are often rude

Considering the nightly rate, the place is very good for a short stay, especially close to the main attractions of Washington, D.C. Target is a 2-minute walk, which is an option to have some quick breakfast in case you need it. I loved the place with my family and kids. The property owner could take the suggestion of placing a quick lock inside the washroom area.

The room was ready at noon like they told us.

Room was dirty and reeked of cigarettes. Hair and debris in the bathroom/bath tub. Other people staying at the hotel were pretty loud at odd hours. Not a very comfortable stay.

I can't recommend this hotel unless you are out of other options. A friend and I stayed 3 nights in July 2026. For two of us over three nights, we had only two bath towels and two wash cloths - and they don't provide maid service during your stay. The hotel is in a very seedy, run-down part of town, and there were several sketchy characters hanging about. Some old guy in a wheelchair was sitting next to the ice machine every day, making it difficult to get to the machine. People were hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night, hollering at each other and playing loud music. The tub / shower is dangerous, as there was absolutely no non-slip material present, and I had to grip the grab bar in order to keep from slipping and injuring myself. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. The mattress was hard and unyielding, causing me to wake up aching every day. The water was hot enough, but not great pressure. The A/C worked well. The microwave worked well, and the dorm-sized refrigerator worked well but we had to defrost the freezer compartment before use. The room was clean, but the property overall is run-down. The area is not really convenient to anything other than a gas station / convenience store and a liquor store. Do yourself a favor and seek better accommodations.

This is a motel. Room smelled musty, air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower. yet, the room was warm. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana was sucked in thru the air conditioner all night, as we found buds all over the pavement right outside of our windows/door. Even though the “hotel” made us sign the paper that it is a non- smoking establishment. We could not leave fast enough.

There’s blood splatter on the walls, I informed staff they didn’t seem to care.

It was a fine stay. We didn’t have any issues, it’s what you’d expect for a motel at this price point. :) Staff was really helpful and nice.
