You can tell it use to be a beautiful hotel once in its heyday but the rooms and beds don’t feel like they had been updated since it open The front desk lady was very rude and short the customer sitting in the lobby was more friendly and offered better advice

The shower is great. The room stay hot and the A/C did not work so I left a day early. The fire alarm went off a 2am in the morning and did not find out why.

We were told that they have no housekeeping staff and that they don't always change the sheets after a guest stays. The website showed clean, bright, decent rooms; not true, they were dingy and dark. The website advertised a restaurant; it has been shut down for years. The first room we entered was the room we actually booked; the bed had no sheets and no cleaning had been done. The front desk offered to provide the sheets if we would make the bed ourselves. We asked to switch rooms but were told there were none available.

The price The paper thin walls. Hearing the drug addicts in the next room having sex for hours while I was trying to sleep. The kids allowed to roam freely all hours of the night and into the morning being extra loud. The air conditioning worked when we first got there, but within an hour stopped working all together and the tool got extremely warm and uncomfortable.

Everything was clean and everyone was very nice Nothing everything was excellent

Beds were very uncomfortable Very old snd outdated rooms and lobby

The lobby is beautiful I can't live here

My room was handicap room. I did not order a HC room but that was ok for me. Their HC room, in the bathroom, was sufficient as such.. However, it looked as though it was a home bathroom with adjustments made for such. The doorway was not an extra wide one, nor was the furniture adjusted to make wheelchair accessible. The lobby, though very dated, was beautiful. We arrived late and that was ok. The next morning upon exploration of the hotel, I found this, the pool was empty except for rainwater, the dining room, restaurant, and bar were closed indefinitely, and the ice machine completely empty, broken. My room, though clean, was in desperate need of an update and at the very least, a painting of the walls.

Low cost Neighbors partying. Alot of workmen staying there with their large white trucks
-
Poor Your advertising is very misleading for this property

Everything they had to offer. They had smoking rooms, grab and go breakfast with coffee and a beautiful view of West Washington. They're also close to many restaurants and stores.

It was off the beaten path. Nice location.. Quiet. That I liked. A few bugs and spiders. Killed one silverfish, multiple spiders. I realize it's in a more rural area so the spiders I get. The coffee maker was full of water already. We didn't use it. I can only imagine how long the water was in the coffee maker and how long it will be there. Yuck....

Was okay for the price. Place was very clean but is dated…only had grab and go breakfast bags, and my tv had one channel (westerns)…bed was very firm, but overall is was a decent stay
-
Parking spots just outside the rooms, convenient to load and unload car. No breakfast included. Just continental. Muffins and coffee.

Receptionist was really nice. She got us checked in quickly and was willing to work with us for a later check out. Shower spout was leaking so water pressure was a bit low. Beds were very firm and had a weird divit in the middle of both beds.

Staff was RUDE. Rooms not clean, AC not working.
