Nice hotel and room , however the room had a weird odor when we first came. It smelled like a wet rag.

This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!

Friendly staff, central to various locations in Washington PA, room clean and had a kitchenette. The supposed 'Wifi in all rooms' was pretty much non-existent, even the staff were embarrassed by the poor service. Thank goodness for the unlimited eSim with hotspot purchased for the trip.

The only complaint I have is the elevator was stupid slow. And I couldn't get the tub to hold water. But it was a great stay otherwise.

Very reasonably priced, clean, easy access right off the highway. We were in town for a quick overnight visit to the local college and this was just what we needed.

Hair in sink, bathroom. Carpet dirty/ not vacuumed. Police activity in front made it feel unsafe.
