I love the staff. I have stayed there a couple times this year. Great place to be.

Very private and spacious and quiet. Loved it.

Location was fine just wish the hotel came with breakfast in the morning for the children.

We took the room cause it was a smoking room and didn't want to have to go up and down. Had a kitchenette but nothing to go with it the AC took hours to cool down the room. The bathroom toilet ran most the night, the shower soaked the whole bathroom and there was a nasty crusty pair of underwear behind the door. Now take that all away, the room was a nice size but definitely needs better pillows. Plenty of places to shop and eat near by wouldn't stay here again. I'll pay the extra few bucks for a better place

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location provides access to absolutely everything you could possibly need. Also very quiet. I found all of the aspects of my stay to be convenient and pleasing.

It was pretty Our room was kinda dirty we had stained sheets the pool had dead bugs in it and was nasty.

Microwave, ref/freezer, and coffee maker were all newer and very good. Nice shower, over all clean, good chair and desk and nice additional leather chair. The front desk person was very friendly and responsive to our needs and questions. Easy to get on free wifi. Room was very small but ok for one night. Wifi connection was slow. Coffee machine was missing from the room, but they brought us one right away when we asked. Harsh florescent light on wall. The bed was extremely hard. We would have liked a fourth pillow. There was no lamp on one side of the bed. There were no outlets on one side of the bed, the USB port didn't work. We couldn't reach the front desk via the old telephone. There was no clock radio, there were 2 bottles of conditioner, but no shampoo. There was ceiling damage and curtain hooks were missing. No elevator to second floor.

The lady at the check in was very nice, but the reviews for this place are overly high. This place is not only older it is in need of repair! The only reason I booked with this place was for the pool and when we check in we find out that it is broken and not able to use it! When we walked down to our room the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and weed and they had fans blowing. When we get to our room it appeared to be clean but the air conditioner was duck taped around the wall and you could see the outside through this makeshift cardboard around the unit. There were also holes in the same wall and the room smelled stale and moldy. We decided not to stay the whole three days I had booked and checked out early with a no refund policy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was in terrible shape and the bed had bed bugs. My toddler was covered in bed bug bites and we only stayed one night. The blanket was just two flat sheets and a super thin throw in between them. The electric base board heater had no covers.

Very clean room keep it up

Also the advice on restaurants was spot on!
