The front desk lady was polite and kind during check-in Dangerous drug shelter, not a motel. Volatile residents loitering outside. Room was totally insecure: deadbolt was broken, lower electronic lock bypassed from outside. Horrific toxic chemical drug stench masked by air fresheners. Fled at night with kids

Walking distance to a lot of things The one staff I had issue with always had an attitude and was always so defensive, even when it wasn’t needed. I never caused problems and payed for my room as usual. He’s very emotional and shouldn’t run his hotel that way. He never knows what people are going through. Treat people nicer.

The pool was not accessible. The blankets had burn marks on them. Its was freezing at nite and the heat didn't work

Staff was very friendly and wanted to help Door didn't work, stove had issues, room was outdated, hot water didn't work, pool was closed, lacking in maintenance on the interior

Staff illegally charged for Service Animals even when being quoted from the ADA website BY an ADA Representative. Person at desk claimed she now’s the law because she has an ESA.

Close to everything and price is amazing Pool is close to the end of May even though it’s indoor. Definitely dated it’s definitely a three star. But it’s actually really good for the price.

Good location. Doors to facility didn't have locks - very unsafe. Unit doors had broken locks. Doors to connecting unit had small hasp that was not secure. Unit door didn't fit tightly. Building smelled of marijuana. Bathroom sink was chipped and rusty making it unpleasant to use. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. Carpet in unit looked dirty. Beds were not comfortable. Curtains in unit were ripped and not installed properly. No telephone in unit to call desk. Broken ice maker in the building. Ice only available at desk in another building. TV was disconnected so we had to move furniture to find plug and plug it in. Fridge was noisy. No lamps in the room - overhead light only. Facility looked run down and in poor maintenance. Rates were quite low - I guess you get what you pay for and in this case, pay more and go elsewhere.

Location Needs a good scrubbing as well as upgrade for it to be a new facility. It's very, downgrading.
