Older property. Very brown. But the suite was convenient for our family.

The shuttle driver and the woman at the front desk were very helpful getting me to the rental car agency in Watertown. The house keepers were all friendly and made a point to say good morning. Great staff

Good Place to stay near to market and all amenities. 1000 island is jut 30 minute drive.

The room was great but the sound of the elevator is really loud you can ear it in your room mid hallway! That is disturbing! And the doors are also very noisy! The breakfast was good!

My toilet ran all night in the room that I had. You might want to check it.

There’s was bedbugs in the room we had. They were dead but who knows how long they’ve been there. Will be contacting the board of health.

Staff (Mike) was knowledgeable, but others appeared new and poorly trained. The hotel has a tired appearance. The mold around edge of the tub. Sliding glass shower door replaced by curtain. Bed was clean but lumpy. Breakfast was Buffet and was lacking as hotel free breakfast fare goes. Turkey bacon looked like science experiment. It was the most expensive of the 4 hotels we stayed at this 5-day friends getaway weekend. Lake George has to make money in the summer, so I get the prices are wacky. I cannot say, "don't stay, but know it's not updated". Lady at front desk Friday, 7/17 was super. Very friendly and helpful. Too bad the property is so worn out.

They did let us stay an extra hour or so as our car was being repaired..but we more than paid for that hour apparently.

I complained twice about a extremely noisy air conditioning unit in the room next to me. Nothing was done. I request to change room but front desk said they would solve the problem. Nothing happened.

There was no hook (broken) to hang clothes in bathroom. Also, an outlet was missing a cover. We did report it to front desk. All in all excellent place to stay! TY
