Breakfast was not good

We had a great stay, the staff were helpful and polite.

Our stay for two night was a bit trematic on our part. Our car broke down and we were forced to rent a car to get back home 2 hours away. The staff and especially the airport shuttle driver were awesome and helpful. So willing to assist us with all of our needs. We really appreciated all their care they extended. The room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again on our next visit.

It was ok, not the cleanest or well maintained hotel. I read online that the pool was closed for renovations I asked the front desk if it was open which they said it was. Definitely not renovated the bottom was dirty and a light fixture was floating in it. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but we would not stay there again.

I really prefer staying places where the room is cleaned daily but we were only there 2 nights so it wasn’t an issue

There wasn't anything negative about this property. For the price comparatively, I was expecting to find something I didn't like. Fact is everything I saw and experienced was very good. From the room to the free breakfast to the location to the front desk associate, ALL VERY pleasant. I've stayed at the near by more expensive hotels but now the Comfort Inn has earned my business. Why pay more when you're just trying to find a nice, safe place to stay?

the property is not up to the best on cleanliness, or comfort. The sofa's in the room as well as the reception area are way past their time. You sit, you sink! The pool was not up and running. The breakfast is very poor and not a lot of choice. The rooms are very old and need updating. The picnic table at the back that I used for a smoking area is worn, loose and dirty. I don't think I would stay there again.

The stay was very comfortable room was very clean and the staff was amazing the only problem was that the gym and the pool they were unavailable to use and that was very important for my daughter in the selection of the hotel it should have been awarded at time of booking would stay again if amenities became available

Clean, comfortable room with all amenities in working order. Nice sized shower. I can’t think of anything. Expectations were met.

The staff was well-attentive to requests. The room was clean and just right for our family. Breakfast was just the right size. Unfortunately, the pool was closed; however, the staff was super apologetic about the fact, as it was receiving upgrades. The location was right off of I-81, with easy access to main roads. There were ample shopping locations, restaurants, and quick marts/gas stations for essentials all within less than a 10-minute drive.

You could tell that the hotel had seen better days, i.e dated lobby area, pool was broken and link to restaurant was no longer useable since Denny's was closed. The breakfast was very adequate, with some hot food and good waffle makers. The room was modern in some ways but the bathroom especially the toilet was not user friendly, too low to the ground for seniors.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating with our very late check in time. The room overall was nice and clean though the air unit didn’t keep the room cool enough. Breakfast was very good, a wide enough selection to choose from.
