We stay here twice a year in taking and picking up our son from College at Clarkson. It’s close to the interstate but not noisy, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything was great. No problems. They even had a ev charging station for my ev.

The shower and sink looked like they were just wiped cleaned and hair in the bath tub. On the bed side table there was a used purple fake nail. Under the bed lot of dust and red plastic bottle cap There is indoor pool, false publicity. The outdoor poor is not heated FYI we visited mid August and it opens at 10am closes at 8pm. The gentlemen at the Front desk were awesome.

Dated but clean & friendly staff

View from our room was breathtaking but Breakfast was very basic, elevator was shaky and shower curtain smelled horrible
-
The only issue was that the TV and micowave could not run at the same time.
-
Friendly staff. Property needs to be updated. Room was clean. Breakfast provided was adequate

Bon hôtel pour un arrêt lors de voyage en voirure. Cependant le lit n’était vraiment pas confortable.

Great location, next to stores, restaurant and the Salmon Run Mall. Outdoor pool didn’t have hot tub, so we didn’t use it. I missed waffles for breakfast, you can easily add a waffle maker.

The hotel itself is rundown and dirty. The hall carpets were filthy. The backdoor did not lock, which is a security concern. The front elevator was out of service. The sink & tub in our room were chipped & stained & the water didn’t drain during a shower. The towel bar came off the wall & the bathroom fan was inadequate. The thermostat was confusing and did not seem to work properly. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful, the bed/pillows were clean & comfortable, breakfast was very good. The ice machine worked well. The ironing board in our room did a fine job blocking the light from the 2” gap under our door. We slept well.

Older hotel that seems like they are trying to clean up, room was clean but we were unable to control the temperature of the room which made for uncomfortable sleeping. Pool was outside and very cold, that may have been my mistake. Breakfast was good.

Good breakfast.

I stayed here 6 years ago and it was very good.....it has gone down hill since then.
-
Toilet in room was very slow to flush and ice machine on 2nd floor had a giant puddle under it.

The room was beautiful once you got through the ghetto hallway. My room was on the fourth floor and the elevator was out of service. They offered to change the room after my family hauled our luggage up the stairs and were situated. The saving grace was how clean the room was. The breakfast buffet is very generic. Staff were nice and the pool was lovely.
