We had traveled from Quebec that morning. By train to Montreal and then by car to Watertown. There were numerous traffic jams on the highways in Canada that added more than an hour to the already long trip. The staff at the hotel we very helpful, understanding and accommodating. They deserve a raise. The coffee maker in the room didn't have any caffeinated selections. Just a little thing to monitor.

I liked having dining services in the hotel. I did not like being served an enormous portion. I am a small person with a small stomach. Why not offer half- portion servings on the menu?

The smell in the rooms is terrible, nose itching due to the AC. It smells like burning wire or plastic ans the stuff told us is like those AC machines were designed., awful

Hotel was nice. Room had a smell like hot metal.

Clean room and great location. The hot tub and pool were kept nice and fully functional…two fire pits and a nice gazebo between the adjoining hotel and they sell Smores kits to make a date night or family time.
