Hampton Inn Watertown

I am disabled and my room key consistently didn't work. It took me 4 trips back downstairs before it would work. I had a handicap accessible room but the bench for me to take a shower with was sitting on the nasty floor in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell to it. I finally left and went to a different hotel. I didn't even stay. I was so miserable. I want a refund. I went to the Hilton Garden Inn and was a giant improvement. I would never stay at this location ever again, not even for free.

Hampton Inns are consistent where I stay in quality and amenities

I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn, and this was one of the better locations I have stayed at. It was spotless, and more comfortable than others. Though it didn't impact the quality of the stay at all, the wallcovering updates done in the unit restroom did not match the existing vanity, shower, or tilework. The resulting effect made the space feel more dated than it actually was. But everything was clean and in great condition, so it's purely optics.

Overall very satisfied with the facility. Would not hesitate to stay there again

This was a great stay! Excellent staff, very clean & great breakfast! Alan the manager was extremely kind with great customer service! All staff was great.

Room was very clean. A few small stains on outer blanket. Breakfast was plentiful. Lot's of variety. Coffee was good. Hotel was quiet. Pool was nice but needs a really good clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent full breakfast. Coffee always avail Huge room and super clean Parking was perfect. One of the best Ive stayed in and very quiet.close to everything. Loved it. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Thanks so much we will be back!!!!!!!!!

Very clean hotel, staff was nice and helpful! Very clean room as well.

The hotel was nice. Clean and safe. I gave it mostly 4 stars. But since Covid there’s no real room service. At $200 a night. They only come in and change out towels every 3 days and don’t fix beds. But most hotels are like that these days.

Very nice setup

Location. Upon arrival we noticed a lot of teenager kids running around. We were told they were a baseball team. We asked to be moved on a different floor but the receptionist assured us that there would be no problem with them and that the administration would take care of any issue. Well, they didn't. The noise was enormous. The kids were running around, screaming, knocking on doors. The parents were even worse. Some of them were very drunk. The walls and the doors are paper thin (apparently in all Holiday Inns) so you could hear everything. We called the reception to complain but they didn't do anything. We didn't sleep the whole night. The hotel offered a refund but our day was already ruined. We would never stay in this or any other Holiday inn hotels again.

Hampton inn is consistently great no matter where we stay

However, some hotel guests had dogs without leash in the diningarea. That made me uncomfortable.
