I think that post-Covid I've encountered a lot of hotels that have like 1 employee on the premises overnight. We arrived around 10pm and 3 different staff members jumped into action to get us checked in quickly and bring a roll-away cot up to our room. A great experience!

We had a three night stay at the Hampton Inn. Hotels are hard to come by in Watertown around this time of year. The hotel was fine enough. Staff was helpful when asked. Breakfast was fine. Can't go wrong with waffles. And for the most clean and safe. The hotel just seems to need a deep cleaning, new carpets and such. It had a stale, old rug smell. Room state was the same. Crumbs in the drawers, windows had finger prints and smudges, possibly a toddler was there the night before. Carpet had crumbs on it. Little things. No real complaints. It wasn't a bad stay at all it was just ok.

My husband and I stayed over the July 4th weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Some of the items were lukewarm and the yogurts were frozen. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be for better pillows. The pillows were very small and flattened easily. Overall, very nice stay and would go back again/ recommend to family and friends.
