Nice pool area.

ALOT of updating to do. While it looked nice online the paint was chipping off, the tetter totter had a broken seat that was duct taped and honestly a safety hazard.

Really great staff, clean rooms and SUPER comfy beds.

Clean hotel, great pool for the kids.

The staff put a shower chair in the bathroom for my husband It was pretty quiet The housekeeper who cleaned our room was great Staff were friendly The room AC system didn't work right and the room was either swampy or freezing The pillows were so soft they won't even pillows

the room carpet was very dirty, and the room had a slight smell to it, we were assigned a ground floor room by easy access to door out side, the small breakfast table was wobbly and in need of repair at the base, the desk did not have a desk light and as a result was poorly lit ,the staff was great, checkin was great, breakfast was very good , room size/layout was great. location good ,access to restaurants great,

Very clean and comfortable. Great pool area for kiddos. Easy location and friendly, helpful guy at the front desk.

Great place for a good nights sleep

We paid so much money for the hotel room hoping my little family will enjoy our 4rth of July weekend but it never happened because the big swimming pool with slide was not working only the small pool area for small children is somewhat useful. Hot tub was not working and have a really loud machine noise coming out from the utility room. Had to take our 4 years old son out in the pool area due to a very loud noise. It was a very disappointing 2 days on the weekend vacation.

Nice room. Nice pool. Has washer dryer. Good ice machine. Free breakfast There were a lot of kids. It was fine but they were running the halls all night.

well, when i went to check in - i had to pay 2 $30 incidental fees for the two rooms i had booked which is no big deal - but in getting the money back - that has been a whole different situation. i've received 1 of the $30 payments - but not the other. ive been emailing back and forth with the GM i'm assuming - and then all of a sudden she's quit emailing me after she's said she'd figure out what was going on - nothing. no responses - i've emailed her twice since then. the public bathroom by the pool was horrendous. there was blood inside of the toilet but closer to the top by where a woman's legs would sit - no toilet paper in there either - just a mess. the slide wasn't working either - that's like the whole reason anyone gets a room there - i usually like to go there for my kids's birthday parties - but not anymore. there was a group of people there that were not with us and they were drunk and rude and loud all night - their kids called my kids a b* word it was just not a pleasant stay and we wont come back which sucks. really used to like that place. the room was clean though - that was nice but other than that - lack of control of guests and upkeep and apparently it's almost impossible to get a refund on an incidental fee.

We had a very nice stay as a family of 4. The hotel was clean, with great amenities (gym and pool). The breakfast was excellent with a great selection and variety and the staff both at breakfast and the front desk were very attentive and friendly! Would happily stay here again!

This was the first time in a long while that I've had wi-fi problems at any hotel that I've stayed at. The Wi-Fi dropped several times as I was working, to the point where I have up and used the hot spot on my phone.

They should have ice water available during breakfast and really at all times.

Everything was great except other guests on our floor were very noisy late at night running up hallways and children yelling

Waterslide was excellent to occupy kids

Good breakfast. Area kept stocked and clean.
