Best Western Watertown Inn and Suites

well, when i went to check in - i had to pay 2 $30 incidental fees for the two rooms i had booked which is no big deal - but in getting the money back - that has been a whole different situation. i've received 1 of the $30 payments - but not the other. ive been emailing back and forth with the GM i'm assuming - and then all of a sudden she's quit emailing me after she's said she'd figure out what was going on - nothing. no responses - i've emailed her twice since then. the public bathroom by the pool was horrendous. there was blood inside of the toilet but closer to the top by where a woman's legs would sit - no toilet paper in there either - just a mess. the slide wasn't working either - that's like the whole reason anyone gets a room there - i usually like to go there for my kids's birthday parties - but not anymore. there was a group of people there that were not with us and they were drunk and rude and loud all night - their kids called my kids a b* word it was just not a pleasant stay and we wont come back which sucks. really used to like that place. the room was clean though - that was nice but other than that - lack of control of guests and upkeep and apparently it's almost impossible to get a refund on an incidental fee.

We had a very nice stay as a family of 4. The hotel was clean, with great amenities (gym and pool). The breakfast was excellent with a great selection and variety and the staff both at breakfast and the front desk were very attentive and friendly! Would happily stay here again!

This was the first time in a long while that I've had wi-fi problems at any hotel that I've stayed at. The Wi-Fi dropped several times as I was working, to the point where I have up and used the hot spot on my phone.

I was on the first floor and it was very loud from the room above me. The breakfast was good, except that they should have ice water available during breakfast and really at all times. They should have ice water available during breakfast and really at all times.

Everything was great except other guests on our floor were very noisy late at night running up hallways and children yelling

The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great. The Grainery, a restaurant right across the street from the hotel, also serves great food. Close to the interstate, the Terry Redlin Art Museum, and still within a few minutes' driving distance of anything you would need or want to do in Watertown.

Overall this is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately we did have a few issues that I called the front desk about and nothing was done. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling, water temperature was lukewarm warm, coffee table was completely ruined, and the AC made a terrible noise all night long. I wish our issues could’ve been handled because our stay would’ve been better but we were only there for one night. I feel we just got a bad room other than that the hotel would’ve been great.

Great stay quiet and clean

Clean and quite room, not to close to interstate to hear any trucks yet easy a ccess back on. BGoodvbreakfast room, spacious and staffed to keep it filled with items to choose. Although we did not use, a very nice pool and hot tub with fun things for the younger travelers. We like this BW.

Everything was great

I booked a king room, got put in a double. Hot tub wasn’t open. My husband’s room key didn’t work so he was locked out of our room (I was sleeping with phone on silent). Since we were put in the wrong room, she would not give him a key to the room we were actually in and did not call the phone in the room to wake me up. Woke up to my husband beating in the door since he could not get another key for the room we were staying in.

Grandchild love the pool water slide area. Everyone is friendly. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
