The queen beds were surprisingly comfortable. We appreciated the choice of pillow options. It was perfect for our one-night stay. If we are in the area again we'll stay here. One recommendation - we needed a late afternoon pick-me-up and thought we'd grab a cup of coffee in the lobby. ALL pots, dark and light roast, and decaf were stone cold. Good thing Starbucks was close by.

The rooms are really nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was the best we've ever had.

The facilities were great and convenient. One huge concern for me was that the assistant general manager insisted on having the first names of our minor children who all happen to be under the age of 12. We were not made aware of this requirement at time of booking or prior to check in. Anyone with experience or training in child safety and abuse prevention will see this as a concern. Having a child's name gives predators a chance to confuse children into false sense of security.

The staff was so warming, respecting, knowledgeable and kind. The breakfast was terrific! The hot beverage station had a lot of variety and always filled. We especially liked the welcome snack bag! Great way to feel welcomed when we arrived. The only thing I wish I could do was live there!

Rooms were nice and clean. The heater is a bit loud when it comes on, but thats a minor complaint. I had to check out at 5am to make an early flight and they prepared a to go bag with apples and bagels for me which was very kind. Heater was a little loud when it would come on, but this did not detract from my overall satisfaction with the room and service.

I was given an upgrade due to my Hilton Honors membership which was wonderful. Very nice room.... comfortable bed and great pillows.
