Excellent for stay nice and clean and good break fast

What went well: In my opinion, the king size bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep and the shower had great water pressure for being on the third floor. The lady working at the breakfast bar on Saturday morning was extremely cheerful and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good as well though not a fan of the scrambled eggs. Only thing I noticed was the bed was made inside out both times with tags in the face and the toilet seat was wobbly and not fixed when they cleaned the room. My husband and I had a very pleasant stay with our two dogs. 5 stars

Pool cloudy and looked dirty. Hot tub was no hotter then a bathtub, super low of water and cloudy and dirty skin felt slimy in water you could see what looked like soup scum in water. Tile in pool area was black. Desperately needs a deep clean after all water drained and refilled with clean water. Definitely something wrong with hot tub temp.

Parking was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Flooring was either old or dirty, although rest of room was clean. Staff need more training.

The new shampoo, conditioner,body wash, and lotion containers. The super clean room! Why wants there a soap dispenser? The room didn't get as cold as I would have liked.
