Room was clean & comfortable..very quiet, I didn’t even hear anyone in other rooms or in hallways. Hot breakfast or cold breakfast..your choice..very good..all food was kept full and tables cleaned, garbage was emptied as needed. Parking was a bit of a challenge..and elevator was quite a distance from my room..however, the stairs were close so I only needed the elevator for hauling luggage. Staff friendly.. I would highly recommend this Quality Inn for your stay.

Great location! The hallway was clean, but the stairs to the second floor had crumbs on every step.

Breakfast was very good. Whoever cooked the scrambled eggs knew how to do it. The breakfast potatoes were the best I have had anywhere, though they have bits of sausage (meat or fake/veggie?), as well as lots of onions and peppers. The attendant was very attentive. The front desk staff was very good. I could not get on the Wifi -- apparently they recently transitioned to a new system, with a misleading interface seeming to require joining some kind of membership, but there was also an option, as another customer told me at the front desk as we were checking out, if you scrolled down, you would find a video to watch in order to get on. In any case, the property should revisit this contract after a consultation with a human-computer interface expert, and front desk staff training on the system. I suggest the property not ask customers to contact a remote IT site for assistance. We'd made a long drive, were very tired, and didn't seek to get it fixed. Make Wifi as easy as other places, and its a 10.

I recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. . I was so impressed with the rooms, the breakfast , the staff and the cost. Couldn't have been a better place to stay. Ive been telling everyone how impressed I am.

Very clean, quiet, helpful staff. Nice selection for breakfast, comfortable rooms and beds. The pool and whirlpool were clean and never crowded. I stay every year and will return next year. Very dog friendly!

Front desk, Ann was kind prompt and friendly. Breakfast was good and fresh, better than our day before stay at Marriott in Rapid City. Quiet and bed was comfortable. We'll be back and stay here again

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. Enjoyed our stay. The motel seemed very quiet, which isn't always the case at a motel. The couch was a little uncomfortable and the desk chair was broken.

Ann at the front desk was great! The breakfast was great also-eggs,waffles,sausage,juices. Friendly breakfast staff too. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. I might have had a few freshly made cookies from the front desk too. Was overall a wonderful place and I highly recommend. Can't complain about it at all.

It was ok. The eggs were not real eggs. They were what I call “fake eggs.” The water in the shower and the sink was Luke warm at best. My only real complaint. I forgot to mention it to the front desk.
