Room was small. Hard to get the faucets on . Need some kind of safety precaution mat in the bathtub. Had a hard time getting out, kept slipping even with the bar. The free breakfast wasn't that great. Need more variety.

Clean, quiet, well maintained, a better than average motel breakfast. Really hard to beat for value.

The room, very dated. BRING SANDALS OR SLIP ON SHOES! You DO NOT WANT YOUR SKIN TOUCHING The carpet . Carpet in my room was sticky and damp AND SOOOO DIRTY. The room smelled moldy and damp. The hallways have dehumidifiers, air fresheners, and it still smell like a swamp. In the room furniture torn and dated. Edges of furniture with pieces of wood missing. ( room 119) . The back door has no lock/security. There are vagrants around building smoking and sleeping. The weeds around entire building half way in height of building. It’s just plain gross. I won’t stay there again despite the price.

Rooms were a pit..terrible place..needs a total rehab but owners too cheap..place is crap.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom floor with hair and dirt all along the floorboards. The indoor window screen had spider webs all over and dirt along the window sill. The carpet felt wet & the humidity was uncomfortably high in the room. The TV wouldn't work and somebody started fireworks outside our window at 11pm that lasted for an hour, keeping me awake late into the night. Eggs and most breakfast food were gone by 8am and they wouldn't fix more even though breakfast was advertised until 9:30am. I cannot eat food with soy and their bagels, cereal & waffles were not an option for me and they made no effort to help.

The coffe pot in lobby/breakfast didn’t work. The icemaker machine didn’t work. The vending machine has issues with accepting money and we didn’t have a card to use at the time even though card is an option. The ceiling tile in the bathroom seem to have prior leakage, stains or mold growing from it. They didn’t have a hair dryer either

The property is old and rundown. For example, the ice machine was moldy and produced ice with noticeable chunks of mold in the cubes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nightly rate was reasonable, but likely not stay there if returning to Watertown.

The room that I stayed in. It smells musty, when I came in, I noticed that they had a bag that would absorb moisture. So they knew of the problem. There was a sign that said that breakfast was served from six o'clock until nine thirty.I went to go and make myself a waffle about a quarter to 9 and and couldn't get any batter coming out. I asked the gentleman and he said that quit putting food out at 830 which I felt was pretty sad. Although he did get me enough batter to make myself a Waffle. When I checked in, the staff was very nice. And when I checked out, the same staff was very nice on the way out.

The room was very clean and smelled nice. Staff was kind and accommodating. We were traveling with our dog and they loved her. We have stayed here a number of times during travel and it is a favorite for us.

Location and price were good. Clean enough as long as you don’t look too close, but definitely aging.
