Comfort Suites near NASA - Clear Lake

Great location (NASA). Lots of shopping options. Close to Galveston.

Front desk was rude. Room had stains and filth everywhere as well as black mold on bathroom walls. Pool and hot tub were ice cold! When I asked the front desk about the broken hot tub I was told "oh no, thats a cold plunge." Haha. Ruined my vacation time with my kids! The outside of the hotel was run down too. Rusty pool surroundings. Literally boogers on the walls in our room! Our bed was sunken in and crazy uncomfortable.

I assigned a room on the third floor; however, the air conditioning was not functioning in the hallway. In addition the air conditioning barely functioned in the room. In addition the ice machine was broken on the third floor. The following day I requested a different room on the second floor. The air conditioning was working in the hallway and better in room 215. However, we bought some fans ($34) to help move the air in the room so we could sleep better. I did complain to the front desk. They said it was due to the outside temps. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast is simple but delicious. Very clean quiet rooms.

No Wifi. Rude front desk staff and very unprofessional. Room key wouldn't work every time I left the room. Room was burning up when entered since they turn the air off in 100% weather. Took all night to cool off in the room.

Room smelled like wet carpet and mildew. Toilet ran all night. Sink and tub drained really slow, Walls in Room had spots with damage. Toaster didn't work, coffee and waffle despencer didn't work good. Hot tub didn't work. Glad to get out of there.

Very clean reception & breakfast area, as well as very good breakfast for the price.

We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Houston/Webster.

Gym equipment is not maintained and outdated, generally hotel is poorly maintained Water leak in the room from rooftop that crew did not seem to be worried about

The breakfast room it did Not have hot Grits nor hot Oatmeal, the hot water was taken off of the coffee machine so no one could No make instant grits or oatmeal and maybe get a microwave to reheat waffles/sausage/eggs..

Hotel was good, though the pool was extremely cold.

Spacious room and the staff were very helpful and responsive.

The mattress for the pullout bed had MOLD growing all over it. The pool was ice cold. would recommend if you want some place cheap with nice front desk people.
