Somewhat quiet, safe. Resurfacing my door over the course of a few days, loud, paint and debris was pushed into room. Facility lost power for several hours one day. No seal on bottom of outer door so sound, debris, bugs, was able to come inside.

Yes, I only stayed for a day and I was kicked out on false allegations. I have proof of it and I was not refunded and I am not sure what to do about it because that’s a lot of money for a single mom with limited income and I had to get another weekly room without getting refunded at a different facility without getting a refund

I believe JATA Crown Hotel is the best Hotel in Tirana after experienced super clean and full of amenities room, the staff is awesome and professional, the restaurant has great menu, the owner and his family treats us with amazing hospitality! My son and I recommend JATA Crown Hotel!!

The room was clean upon arrival, and the staff were friendly and welcoming which I sincerely appreciated. My only concern was the air circulation in the room, which was very poor and made it feel damp and stuffy throughout the day and night, despite my efforts to adjust it. Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff.

My car was broken in to while parked on property

It was cheap Roaches in the bed and on the wall. We asked for a refund the very first day and was told no.

It’s okay the staff isn’t friendly and the noise is bad

Near many restaurants. Front desk is not friendly. I had roaches in my room. I stayed a week. They charged me $76 for cleaning my room ( usually on Thursday they said) but no one ever did that. The place is filled with marijuana smokers, pit bull dogs ( they said no pets) It seems unsafe and your belongings in you car are not safe. Police and ambulance sirens everyday because it’s close to a hospital.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to look for anyone to ask a question and every staff member made it a point to ask if I ever needed anything. Excellent place to stay.
