The staff were great! With the frustration of the facilities and everything being worked on, it was hard. But the staff and management did a great job of rectifying. We'll use them again next time we're in town for a baseball tournament The building/facilities are going through some work and upgrades that can be discouraging during your stay due to lack of communication.

Clean and comfortable The pool was closed for some reason but they would not say when it would reopen. We really planned to use the pool so it was a big letdown

The corridor smelled of animal urine. We were told water will be turned off from 9:00 to 12:00 PM due to maintenance but was turned off before 8:00 AM. Not sure why the hotel charged us an extra $40 whereas they should have given us a credit for no water

Everything was great and we’ll likely stay here again.

Disappointing

The hotel is under renovations so there’s no ac in the main lobby just those big fans, no pool, and they stop putting out breakfast before 9:40 and start putting it away. Rooms are clean at least

Our handicap room should be the model for other hotel chains! We loved the 2 separate spaces/ rooms for the shower & the water closet! Two thumbs up. The shower curtain drip line was outside of the bed pan of the walk in shower, so loads of water on the floor. Several towels took care of that issue. I'd rate the breakfast a B-, coffee was weak. We didn't care for the non-egg days.

La habitacionnsuper amplia (íbamos en familia, mis suegros, mi hija pequeña y nosotros dos), super aseado, el baño estaba separado de la ducha (ideal cuando vamos varios), el desayuno variado, super rico el jugo de naranja, mi hija amo la maquina de los pancakes, diferentes opciones. El hotel por fuera creo que le falta un poco de mantenimiento, nos encantó la ubicación, al lado hay una estación de gasolina y supermarket (por si te faltaron cosas o quieres tomarte algo)

Superb

The hotel was changing ownership and did not have supplies for breakfast (which was a reason we chose this hotel) or cups for coffee in the rooms. They did offer some Marriott points for the inconvenience but were unable to give them to me as the GM needed to do it. The GM would apply them when he came in Monday. It’s Wednesday and I’m still waiting.

We were charged with breakfast included. But there was no breakfast for the two days, we stayed there. Not even coffee.

Exceptional

Had no breakfast! One of the reasons I stayed there!! Not convenient!!

We stayed for 1 night after getting off our cruise ship. The complementary break was not provided as they said because they are changing new owner, so no breakfast today. Did they not know that on the day of check in? No one mentioned anything about that. They are offering $50 back or Marriott points. But we book through Expedia, so we can’t get the $50, and I don’t really collect points from Marriott.
