Nice people and good service

Really nice stay

Personally I thought it was REAL nice of the staff on Saturday to have breakfast END at 9:30 BUT the staff was still bringing out fresh food at 9:20!!! The ladies in the kitchen work extremely hard and were always available for whatever we asked for!!! The pool is open late so that was nice to stay in until 11:00pm… I didn’t like that I had to request towels every night but that may be the norm. Overall excellent stay for family vacation

I all my days I have never had a quicker smoother check in. As a lifelong Hiilton Member I don't believe I think its time to look at Marriot properties more often if not exclusively

Broken button on the elevator. The hall didn’t smell good when I got off the elevator. Room was fine, no issues.

Is actually like. It is run down and barely functioning. Definitely would not recommend

Nice and clean One of the elevators was out of service I think because of a storm the power. But I was in an elevator with 7 other people and we got stuff for a little while but felt too long. It was scary. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

Staff. Room was very nice and clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for what we needed The electric went out for about 5 hours on our second day. That was not so great

Clean lobby. Clean room. The swimming pool was down for "Maintenance". The bar was closed due to the bartender not coming in that evening. The Marketplace, that contained snacks, drinks, etc., was completely empty. According to their website, all of these items were operational. The Hotel was in need of basic maintenance. A wall socket in the room was very loose and almost came out of the wall. Some issues with the tub/shower faucet. Since we just stayed one night, it was not the end of the world. Breakfast was ok. Parking was not an issue and the staff was very helpful.

Room had a good layout and was very clean. There was not a restaurant as stated on the website but several nice restaurants close by and convenience store next door. Bar was minimal

Breakfast was good and room was big. Pleasant stay with family of 5.

Convenient stop on way to Galveston. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate. Needed extra towels and washcloths. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk. No one ever showed. Bar staff saw me and another gentleman waiting but didn’t call anyone or assist.

The room was clean but the 6th floor smelt weird so we had to be moved down. Breakfast was simple but consistent. And the staff seemed preoccupied but helpful when you got their attention. The location was great! It’s right next to Main Event and not far from dining and the movie theater. We walked to all three.

Location The toilet being right by the beds. Just thought it was weird.

It’s clean I was given the wrong room, my son ended up sleeping on the floor, the breakfast was horrible.
