Motel 6 Webster, TX - Houston - Nasa Lake

The rooms were cleanish ( not terrible but not good either ) Do NOT recommend if you have small children due to the amount of drugs being done on the property! “No, not joking” The towels provided are more like hand towels so it was very hard to use for showering and no soap either! We were booked for 2 days and it was very inconvenient that there was no fridge or microwave especially since breakfast is not provided. We were booked upstairs which is fine but the upstairs pathway made me feel like we were gonna fall due to the balcony being slanted ( like it was caving? ) Kids had a hard time sleeping due to the noise of the constant fighting down the hall. We definitely didn’t feel safe to go outside after dark. Guess that’s what I get for trying to get a family budget motel?

It was close to our destination and price was fair. The room was a non-smoking room,yet the bathroom had a really strong cigarette smell. Shoer was very small. Walls had what looked like poop stains. The walls could use ckean wipe down. The pool was not opened at all not sure why but that was a downside because my girls love getting wet but the pool gate was locked.

Room was damp, cupboards were falling apart, AC unit reeked when put on heat.

Didn’t stay .. hadI requested handy cap room with my internet reservation didn’t have one available. So had to move some where else.

What amenities? Was told at check in that the microwaves & fridges were just removed from all rooms. I have not stayed in any hotel in the past 2-3 years that didn’t have a microwave and/or fridge…..until now! I had some drinks, snacks & dog food that needed to be refrigerated. Had to make do with ice & some of our thermal bags.

My non smoking room had pot smoke roll out when I opened the door. Others staying near me were freely smoking pot in front of their rooms and around the corners. My frig and microwave were supposed to be in my room but were non-existent. Wifi didn't work...I had to do work and wasn't able to. TV only got local channels and only after the maintenance man effed with it for 15 mins. When I checked in the clerk tried to charge me $25 a night more than the Expedia price...I threatened to leave and he relented after we screamed at each other. After being there for 30 minutes and realizing that no wifi was forthcoming I went to the office and asked for a refund.....the clerk told me that because I had laid on the bed (while waiting for the maintenance man to come) he could not give me a refund.....we screamed at each other again and I left to go get a room in a reputable place. I will try to see if my credit card company will get me a refund due to this motel not delivering on what it said they would deliver. Expedia.....you should be ashamed.

Too much light in room. It had rained and half of parking lot was flooded.

Terrible location with loud traffic, shady people and bars. I expected paying $90 rate that it would be a decent location, but no! The room door had abt 3/4” gap and was incredibly loud & the curtains didn’t cover enough so let a lot of BRIGHT light in & through the door gap all night. We couldn’t sleep. My dogs were freaked out over all the loud traffic & Bar music noise as well. I do think the backside was less noisy if that helps. Bare bones kinda room but I expected that. This room shouldn’t have been over $50! Then I would’ve known not to go there. It seemed clean & bed wasn’t bad.. but a miserable experience.

Nice place to stay before going on a cruise . Clean room pool was up and going . Ask for assistance in fixing a door handle to bathroom wa told no maintenance on that evening so I ask for a Phillips screwdriver and fixed it myself and returned the tool. All good and have a fishing trip planned in July and will be staying at the same motel as well for two days.

Nothing The computers were off line in the office and the night clerk locked the door and would only speak thru the windows it was only 8pm. He told us ,3 people needing to check in that it would be at least 30 minutes to get the computers back up so I left and checked in another motel down the road . I deserve a refund.!

I asked for a non-smoking room and what I got was a room that smelled like cigarette. I had to go buy and spray the room to make it smell better but worked temp. I asked to change my room, and they said they couldn't until the next day at 3pm. I was temping to sleep in my car just to avoid the odor. I will avoid this motel at all costs especially if you are a non-smoker.

Rooms were musty and moldy smelling and smell of weed was strong coming from other rooms. No coffee pots , no refrigerator, one chair at table, blankets were cheap and pillows uncomfortable. Pool was foggy looking and chairs are dry rotted. The worst Motel 6 ever.

We arrived quite late with our kids at 1130pm. When we walked into our room there were a bunch of dead bugs on the ground. Our door didnt even close tightly, we stuffed towels on the bottom and side. If we hadn't had a long day driving to get there and the kids weren't so tired we would have complained and wanted to move. We were shocked that expedia would promote this property.
