Location was good lots of restaurants around

Right what I need. I stay there often.

It was clean & quiet… & good for me to take care of my business A few problems with the room itself

It was peaceful. They came to clean the room and restock clean towels and make up the beds. We had access to the pool which was nice. We explained to the office that the TV didn't work with the remote that was in the room but no one ever came to check it out or fix the issue the lady in the office just said that they had some new system so we was unable to watch Tv.

Upon check in, it was quick and easy. Front desk lady was very nice. Getting into the room, it was clean. Simple, you get what you pay for, but the AC was not working and barely blowing any air. When letting receptionist know, she immediately called the maintenance to take a look at it, however, she did state she was not able to switch us rooms. We ended up purchasing a fan at Walmart for our stay. Other than that, it was fine. No crazy noise or disturbances. As they are pet friendly thought, there was places of poop in the grass and it did cause a smell.

Clean refrigerator Nail clippings on the floor. Bus on the wall, water leak under sink, dirty tub looked like stool was in it.Could not reach front desk by phone. Ended up leaving. Called corporate and they attempted to reach front desk. They was unsuccessful. We stayed one night out of 3.. Still waiting for 2 night credit to hit my bank.

The price for what you get. The staff is rude.

Nothing! The location was run down and in bad shape. My room smelled like Marijuana, drawers didn’t close and just rolled back open, causing a trip hazard. Sink was clogged and didn’t drain. Bathroom door didn’t lock because lock was stuck with paint since someone painted over it. Room was extremely hot because door didn’t have a seal.

Good area and value, the other residents and most of the staff are wonderful. The pool was not operational all year round. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned everyday, but maybe once or twice/week. My room had one roach in it and a spider so there is no insect treatment being done here. I have stayed over a month due to a mostly quiet environment, safe-nice area to walk. I realize the manager is trying her best to keep the grounds quiet for all guests, but promised the pool area would open and that day was delayed. A tornado hit this building and the manger actually told two grown guests that there "is a 10pm curfew; get back in your rooms."
