very cold feelig room, fake wood floors, room echoed. breakfast was fair at best

Staff is absolutely amazing! Hotel always smells clean as soon as you walk in. Breakfast is mostly different every day.and super delicious! Slept like a baby in my queen bed! 10/10 recommend! So nice and clean!

Stayed 2 nights and were pleased with all. The only very minor thing was a not quite warm enough breakfast the 2nd day. We ate before the attendant came on duty though. We would return.

Location

The location was perfect for a pre-board night before heading to Galveston. Shops and restaurants very near. The room was clean, beds not so comfortable but stayed only one night. The breakfast was adequate. We forgot a cap in our room and it was in lost and found for us one week later when we came back through.

Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was very basic, not a lot to choose, and ends early (at 9am). Room doesn’t have coffee and no microwave

It was in a decent area and parking was pretty easy The staff could’ve been a little nicer, more professional and I wish they would’ve taken my complaint more seriously with the barking dog. It was a miserable 7 Hour drive back home with lack of sleep

Location They charge your a pet fee of $75.00 non refundable, which is fine, but then the kept my additional $50.00 so all together $125.00! When I called and asked they said the room was fine but they are keeping it. ‍♂️‍♂️ then has the audacity to charge me for an additional $15.00 for a hand towel… that my wife left!!! YES, it was our hand towel that we brought for our dogs. You would think that they would look at the tags and realize it was different but no the last was rude and not helpful when I called and inquired about it. So yeah I’ll NEVER stay at that location or probably another Hilton again. I’m over it. The ironic thing was after we personally cleaned and took out the trash I still left a tip for the maid in case there was any dog hair. This has truly left a bad taste in my mouth. Laquita and Choice hotels are all I’ll stay at now! I’m done with Hilton after many loyal years to them. DO BETTER HILTON! Don’t get be started on their uncooked breakfast not once but two day’s out of our three night stay!

The first night I stayed I seen bugs like fleas flying around the room in one corner. I took pictures of it. The staff is not that friendly. I really need a refund for that day. Yes, they put us in another room, but I still wasn’t comfortable cause I feel like if one room got bugs all of the rooms do.
