Clean, friendly owners. The room needs more embellishments. Bathroom needed hooks and shelves to put toiletries, hang up towels and clothes.

Close to Wells and Ogunquit. Great Mexican place across the street. Easy parking. I stayed in the studio apt. even tho I booked a Double room. I appreciated the upgrade but it was so noisy. The first floor studio was in the house where the owners lived upstairs. I really wish I hadn’t accepted that spot. I could also hear all the noise from the street. The bed was super uncomfortable.

It was decent, the pool was the highlight. Good frig/freezer, toaster n coffee maker. Parking lot had garbage mostly in front of where cars park and a cigarette butt was in the pool area. TV did not work. Light next to the bed was unplugged. When I pulled out the table to find a plug there were pills on the floor. There was a strong smell of cleaner in the bathroom.

This place is really a motel. Outside enty. The add did not say it was a second floor, no elevator. I have trouble with steps. Seemed to be family owned/run. They didn't seem to be around the motel much but in their house. They seemed nice/friendly at check in. Nowhere to be found at checkout.

Staff/owners were extremely friendly/helpful. Asked if we needed anything every time we saw them. Water was extremely hot! No need to let it heat up. Water came out scalding! A little dangerous in my opinion. Bare minimum supplied in kitchenette. We had to buy dish soap to wash the dishes. No dish towels supplied either.

The owners are very accommodating always asking if you need anything the property is very clean everything is up to date we did not use the pool but the room was very comfortable

The person on staff was nice and checked us in with no hassle. Our room was nice, clean and we loved the king bed and bigger pillows. The set up was great with the kitchen and a 5 cup coffee maker. We were very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and hot water in morning

Woman that greeted us in the office was very, very accommodating and helpful. Also saw her during the week we were there and was always the same thing. Very personable and helpful!!!!! the one day we had to park under the pine trees, which are most of the parking spots we got a lot on our truck because of rain.
