Footbridge North Hotel

The staff was excellent. It is a family run hotel. They were very accommodating and sweet people. The pool was exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely go back again.

Clean quiet

Rooms were clean & beds comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the pool as well. We will return in the future.

Clean room and comfortable to stay during the night.

The staff(owner) was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was clean with a king size bed, small kitchen and cable tv. The water was very hot and never ran out. When I couldn’t get the tv to turn on she told me over the phone to turn on the wall switch who controlled two wall outlets—one for a floor la and the other for the tv. I had inadvertently turned it off. After that everything worked properly.

Room was clean, pool closed at 8pm, says the room slept 5 but only 2 beds in each room- no roll aways.

Very clean and quiet definitely will stay there again

Check in started off a bit rocky. We went into the office to find a door bell, which did not seem to work. I called and was met in the office. The room was fantastic with a little kitchenette. We did not have a use for it, but made it feel less hotel. Curtains would have been nice and the ice machine was empty when I needed ice.

A very comfortable stay. The kitchen was a plus! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool area was a great area for our group to meet at the end of the day.

For the price, the room had everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The TV offered a good selection of channels, and having a refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning in the room was convenient. Parking was easy, and both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The location was also excellent—right on Route 1 in Wells with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and the other places I needed to visit. Overall, I felt it was a good value for the money. My main drawback was that the walls were extremely thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was very noticeable. If you're a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs. While I don't regret staying here and found it acceptable for a short overnight visit, I would probably explore other lodging options the next time I'm in the area.

The room was immaculate. Quiet everything looked brand new. We arrived about an hour early they let us check in early. Very nice hosts. Warm and very comfortable. Will keep their number and definitely stay their again. Everything was perfect.

PS: Laundromat across the street. Pizza, great Mexican food and Dairy Queen all across the street. Stay here if you like quiet. It was all good!

Everything we needed was there, it was like an apartment. There was no ice - the inspector hadn't been there yet to approve the ice maker, but the owner did offer to give us some.

Good shower Wooden floors Arm chair There was a Tylenol caplet on the floor beside the armchair, indicating that the floor had not been carefully cleaned There was a floor lamp in front of the mirror under the hanging bar for the clothes, and since that's the only place to put clothes it was quite inconvenient

Check in was easy and the staff was excellent. Room was clean and had everything we needed. There was a pool which was in good condition. It is located right across the street from several restaurants and laundry. Price was outstanding we used as a quick stop on our way to Acadia. Would stay again.
