Very good experience. Loved the hot breakfast choices especially the waffles.

Very quaint B & B. Much bigger than I expected which was awesome. Great little nooks to hang out in, whether it's reading, putting a puzzle together, playing games out on the deck or in the common area Cafe and living room. Lots of board games available to play. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Because it is likely an older building the wooden floors are creaky LOL but no big deal.

Sheriden was the highlight of our stay! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so kind every time we saw her. The breakfast was a new addition since our last stay and was phenomenal. Literal steps to the beach. Could not ask for better!

Location is Great! Breakfast was wonderful but rooms are so outdated.. You can hear people walking on a second floor…

Don't leave without trying Billy's Chowder House just outside of town.

I chose Haven because of its location. The room was fine. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good but a little confusing. There are areas set up seemingly to serve yourself but no food in them. Wasn’t sure if you could get yourself more coffee or needed to be served. A woman took your order if you wanted eggs, omelette or toast. Could get cereal but needed to ask for milk. Third morning a different woman was there and we all had to ask for utensils. Very pleasant room with outside tables as well. Many sitting areas outside of your room. It was a little strange having no staff upon arrival. Yes, you could call a number for any questions you had but the place was empty other than breakfast. VERY quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and very easy to get to other places. It was very clean and comfortable. We will plan to return

Close to the beach to walk.

No breakfast. Not a soul there. No glasses in the room. Had to get a plastic glass no coffee at 8 am. Had to make my own. Never saw a soul. I left $5 for a toothbrush

Off season stay not worth the $ Ideally great location and Inn set up would perhaps be nice during peak season. Erica was pleasant on phone but zero staff inhouse--Inn completely empty on our stay. Advertising either via Expedia or Inn itself inaccurate--no breakfast despite repeated welcome texts saying different. Unable to use fireplace in suite as lighting of unit faulty and to be honest, didn't seem safe. Was told it was "an older unit" when we spoke with owner. Ran into a big housekeeping issue in our unit. What could have been a much cozier quiet off season getaway turned out to be disappointing and anticlimactic regarding our accomodations. Small compensation from the owner didn't for the issues really didn't make up for the inconveincences we experienced.

Let me begin by stating this is a beautiful bed and breakfast, that said it may not be your best option January through March. What no one will tell you, including their website, is you may be the only guest, and there are no other actual humans on site with you, just a phone number. We ended up spending quite a bit of time figuring out how to start the gas fireplace pilot light, with limited direction, as well as where the TV is (hidden behind a mirror) and how to work. The worst part is the beautiful breakfast everyone raved about, is non existent during the winter months and you will not even have a coffee maker in your room to help bridge the gap, nor a Keurig in the public space as advertised. If I had known this information I would have made an informed decision to book elsewhere. It was my husband’s birthday and I would have preferred an easy relaxing experience.

Coffee was fine but food stale. Or as good as motel fare. The building needs a good airing out. Perhaps was not sufficiently heated during winter months.

so disappointed with breakfast, after reading reviews we were really looking forward to enjoying it. Muffins and pastries were very cold and stale. They were purchased at the Hannaford grocery store down the street, we learned that new owners had purchased it in March. the reviews we read were about previous owners,

Great location with a lovely water view from the deck. Breakfast was a delicious variety of fresh pastries, bagels and muffins. Great coffee. Cozy and comfortable room. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! The shower soap could be nicer. And the 2 bottles of water promised in the welcome email were missing from my room. I was counting on them as the tap water in Maine is pretty awful.

La habitación está impecable, pero no existía ningún personal, pero A. Pesar de todo eso. Todo está en su lugar.

Comfortable, cozy space. Breakfast was so so.
-
Welcoming staff. Good breakfast. Room, clean and neat.
-
Great locatio! The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable Breakfast bar could have included a protein or two.

The facility was beautiful, unique, and comfortable! Could the upper windows be tinted or blinds bought to shade the front and back of the B&B to prevent the sun from blinding the guests and staff. I thought the breakfast choices were fine, but my husband did not.
