The location of the cottages are in between crescent beach and the marsh. The sunsets are gorgeous! The cottage was very clean, and had that old time Maine cottage feel. Having to go home!

Very clean and friendly and beautiful area. Bed was very comfortable Online booking thru Expedia booked bigger room with balcony. No receipt from Expedia went right to moody’s and basic room no balcony.

The room was very clean and the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating. The cottages were in a great location too for beach visits. Not a thing to complain about.

The place was clean and the owner/manager was friendly and accomodating. The owner had used those plug in fragrance emitters in the room and it had a VERY strong perfumey smell throughout the room that lasted our entire stay, despite having the windows and outside door open.

Location. Well-stocked kitchen. Very welcoming management. Everything was great! This was our first stay. Next time we will get a cottage with a marsh view to take advantage of the gorgeous sunsets!

Superb location, excellent service Beds aren't the most comfortable and the only lighting in the main room is the overhead which is bright.

The proximity to the ocean was nice. It was clean and had the basics provided. We liked the area and the cottage vibe situated between the nature preserve and the ocean. It was definitely the cottage vibe we expected and we enjoyed the walks along the shoreline. The property was well cared for and the owner was nice and very helpful.

Everything was phenomenal! I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is absolutely lovely, it's literally ten seconds from the beach. Unfortunately it was high tide so there wasn't a lot of sand for us to sit on, but the local town and scenery was well worth the trip. The room was cute and lovely and clean, it had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and gave us a great recommendation for a local theater turned bar and event venue (we even got a last minute comedy show!) I will absolutely be visiting here again if we ever make our way back to Maine :) Be careful driving up, the main sign is not super lit at night so it's hard to see
