Everything you needed in a hotel or nothing you don’t. It was very clean and quiet. Coffee was great at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We had to check in very late at night due to being delayed on the road, but the front desk staff (Jasmine) was wonderful, and the morning staff were also very conversational and helpful. The room was clean, we had what we needed for a one-night stay. The breakfast served was good, seemed fresh, and the area was very clean, well-taken care of. Overall, a great experience, nothing missed the mark for us! I especially loved that there was cold still AND sparkling water available to refill our water bottles before hitting the road again. Small amenity, but very beneficial.

This was a breath of fresh air for a stay at an IHG hotel. The Avid was clean and well appointed for our stay. The price was much below other hotels offering nearly the same amenities. The manager Clinton made a point to ask if we were having a good stay and if there was anything they could improve, he even listened to our comments about the IHG website and other IHG locations we had stayed at. Clinton is an asset to the hotel and would do well as an IHG executive truly motivated to improve the brand.

The front desk was always staffed with pleasant and helpful people. Nice short chatty greetings. Housekeeping was worthy of a nice tip. Good attention to detail. The lobby "convenience store" was overpriced, but not more than other hotels, really.

Clean and comfortable Bathroom had no soap

I loved the coffee machine that dispensed freshly ground coffee beans into a delicious cup of Joe. The breakfast was healthy, however, the server said the truck didn't make a delivery so no yogurt, no potatoes, no fresh milk. Turkey sausage was all there was and a few scrambled eggs. Not impressed with the food.

Rented a room for 2 days. Hotel overbooked and gave our room away. Front desk person Jordon was very unhelpful and had a attitude. When we arrived he was telling the people in front of us he could not find their reservation either.

Staff was incredibly helpful, I appreciated their input and advice during my stay. They were friendly, appreciative, I'm very polite. I like my stay there very much.

For a more affordable option, this is a great choice, very clean and a little minimalist. You have a mini fridge in the room but you do need to use the microwave in the lobby breakfast area. Other than that it’s awesome! Great breakfast too!

It was good location. Room very clean the bed was comfortable and pillows. Good tv The price was too hi for so small a room. No coffee in room. No hand rail in walk in shower. No ice bucket in room ice machine 4 floor down. Free breakfast only offered to 9:00 am ..not desirable when you have driven long and need extra time to rise in the morning. Air-conditioning didn't offer the kind of settings that was desired . No bible in room. Only 2:towels were in bathroom I paid too much for so small a space

Breakfast was okay, parking was safe, room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Just wish there was pool for the kids.
