The rooms especially the showers need to be remodeled

I was rushing to find my daughter and I a place to stay online and found this hotel with availability (first mistake was rushing and is my own fault). After I booked the hotel I called to ask if the pool was open and what time it closed as my daughter wanted to swim (Yes, I should have investigated this first, again I was flustered and just trying to get us booked in somewhere). After they answered the front desk clerk hung up on me! (She answered and said "hello", I asked my question then they mumbled something and hung up), then when I called back they said they were busy with a customer and hung up again. When I showed up and asked her directly about the pool I was told she didn't know if it was open or not and would call me to let me know! I walked to the pool myself and low and behold it was open with people swimming! We ended up swimming but the pool was small and I wasn't impressed at all. Secondly, I paid and used this booking site to get my hotel. When I get there there was confusion and she told me that I needed to pay at the desk because the last 4 of my credit card I used didn't match. I did this and then found out that not only did booking.com charge me for the night, but the hotel charged me a full price that was 70$ more! I now have 2 pending charges on my CC and and waiting to see what happens and if I in fact get charged 2x for a hotel room that should have been booked and done through the website here. Third, No free included breakfast! What you pay to stay here is comparable to hotels that are literally next door and they offer free breakfast but not here since they have a restaurant on site. Pool is extremely small, workout room was closed and the room was average. I would not recommend this hotel to you, my friends, or my family. Customer service at the desk was awful. How can you not see my reservation, then charge me a full price for the night? Didn't know about pool, didn't explain hotel layout, no complimentary breakfast, just overall bad experience.

$200 for one night is acceptable. Charging $10 for internet is not cool.

Very open and comfortable property with clean and simple rooms. Would definitely return.

Clean rooms, technology support check out through TV was great. This is geared for business outing more than leisure. We were in town for leisure and did not stay in hotel during the day, the pool was nice but lonely, the entire week no others families enjoying it. Ran into business people. Not family oriented, it's not their model, not a hit just and observation. It was clean, the bathroom door was frosted glass which was weird but provided needed privacy.

I loved the convenience of the location, access to the pool, decent space in the room and bathroom! The room was very dusty when we came. We came to stay prior to our daughter having surgery in the morning and decided to order some food from room service and spent $90 and it honestly wasn’t very good at all. Definitely not even worth $10 for the quality/taste. (Not to mention we only got two drinks-canned, a chicken quesadilla, and a BBQ pork sandwich.. yikes). I don’t mind paying for room service as long as the food is good!
