Location was great. The smell in the room was pretty strong when we first walked in. The curtains and wall had mold all over. We asked to see a different room and they did accommodate us. Smell wasn’t as strong and no mold that we could see. Carpet is very old too.

Requested a joint room two weeks prior to our stay. Was told they would put in the notes and no issues... then said upon arrival that wasn't available. Took us 35mins to check in due to all the issues with the room..... Then was told only rooms were available were opposite sides of the 3rd floor. When I explained that wasn't acceptable for us... a room was available 3 rooms down... Communication is the key..... The woman at the front desk was trying her best, but who ever she was communicating with on the phone many times was not very nice to her and refused to speak with us to help fix our situation The AC unit leaked and saturated carpet

It was close to Kings Island and the breakfast was good. The walls are thin and you can hear everything.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. There was a great variety of breakfast options which was nice. I had requested a quieter room, but unfortunately our room was right near the lobby, so there was quite a bit of foot traffic and noise, especially early in the morning during breakfast. Something I’ll keep in mind for a future stay.

You name it, it wasn’t good. Fitness Center treadmill broke as well as Elliptical. That’s it for fitness center. Pool very small and wasn’t clean. Very very high chlorine content. Couldn’t swim due to overwhelming smell inside pool area.

Fine for one overnight. The pool was clean and nice temperature. The staff seemed a bit distracted and rude, but maybe something was going on? Overall fine.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely! Overall it was clean and we had a good stay! Some of the towels were stained along with some of the pillow cases. The shower head was functional but stuck in the lowest position so it made showers a bit challenging.

There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The front desk asked why I needed a handicap room. There was a long strand of cobweb hanging from the ceiling of our room. The better was awful hard and the toilet paper roll on the holder was empty!
