Bathroom vent doesn't work the whole bathroom was wet and water dripping from the ceiling after taking a shower. Watering was dripping for a long time after shower

Overall very nice. Helpful staff. A few things need attention like drawers that don’t shut all the way and bangs on the wall, but it’s older and the service more than makes up for that

I reserved a room with a King-size bed but upon arrival was told “corporate” had overridden that request so I had to settle for a room with two queen beds. My wife & I traveled to West Chester to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary, so the hotel situation was a bit of a disappointment.

I was just there for a peaceful stay. Cleanliness, well insulated rooms, and a good breakfast helps me achieve that. This hotel nailed it!
