This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and have been pleased all around both times.

My only complaint is there were no USB charging ports anywhere in the room. A minor issue, but it would have been an excellent convenience.

They had no record of my online reservation. I had to cancel reservations but they could not find it in the computer. They charged me for a no show.

The staff was excellent. Very kind and accommodating when they could be. The breakfast was great too. The room was run down, there were outlets and lamps that didnt work, no USB ports for chargers, and the dishes were dirty that were in the cabinet.

My room was clean and tidy. The staff at the desk were helpful and kind. I didn't eat breakfast nor did I need any of the other staff. Great stay, will be back.

The property was clean. It was in a good location. The breakfast was good. The property is modern. My only complaints. The beds were a little rough. They have a pullout bed, but there was no bedding available so when I called the front desk, they told me I had to come pick it up myself. When we got there to check in, they did not greet us at all. They just stared at us, which prompted me to say I’m here to check in. They were not friendly at all at the front desk.

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting Cincinnati. Our kids love the indoor pool, we love grilling dinner in the courtyard, and the complimentary breakfast is great! Convenient location.
