Nice and clean. Good size room. The indoor “heated” pool was NOT heated! It was like an ice bath!

The rooms and facilities were very clean the buffet was good. The only downside was the pool was just cleaned and the water was very cloudy the kids didn’t feel safe in the water.

Room was clean. Breakfast is not good
-
The breakfast was horrible and they had stains all over the sheets. I asked for a new blanket and they gave me a blanket with stains on it. I probably will not come back here again

I always ask for a room on an upper floor mid way down the hall. Usually get at least an upper floor. The front desk staff put me in the room directly over reception/social area - literally my dreaded location due to noise. There was a children's party - lucky me. Mentioned it to front desk and got the "clueless" look - clearly had not read my request while making the standard excuse they had no other rooms (reservation was made well in advance). Seems like they only "parrot" the statement "we will do everything to make sure you have a great stay". :(

Loved this property! The room was clean, breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and it’s in a good, safe location! Nothing to say

Poor customer service Everything

Even tho there were a lot of kids and noisy, the rooms were very quiet. The front desk people were outstanding and so were all the other employees Cheaper bottles of water. $7 is a bit much

Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. When we arrived, there was a dirty towel left hanging in the shower, the shower paint was peeling, there was rust on the bottom of the bathtub, and the dishwasher in our room did not work. During our stay, there was a large youth baseball tournament at the hotel, so it was extremely busy with children. At one point, while riding the elevator with my blind father, a group of kids pressed every floor button, causing us to stop at every level before reaching the lobby. It was frustrating and made navigating the hotel more difficult for him. We also noticed that the pool was cloudy with a greenish tint, which is why we didn’t use the pool. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and well-suited for families. However, better attention to cleanliness, routine maintenance, and monitoring of common areas during large group events would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
