Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Union Center

The room felt muggy and not as cool as I would like. Parking was completely full. Staff was great.

My husband had to take our trash and used towels and wash clothes down to the lobby and ask for clean ones. The bed was horrible I could not sleep because it caused extreme pain in my lower back. My husband also had problems with the bed and did not get good sleep. We asked for more pillows to see if that would help but they were really bad they flattened out when you put your head on them. Honestly the only good thing was the breakfast and coffee. They do not seem to know how to run a hotel.

Great place to stay, very reasonable pricing. Love the remodel. We stay for our company party every year, and will continue to do so.

It was clean. Very happy. Room was set up a little different than I’m use 2. But overall very happy with stay.

Our stay was good. Property was clean. Room was quite large. Staff was friendly. We arrived about 30 minutes early and were told he would call when room was ready. No call received. Breakfast was good.

Room was not ready at 3. Construction dust and young lady at check in accent was hard to decifer

The air did not work in our room. We let them know and they switched us to the room next door. We went in and the air unit would not even come on. They switched us again to another room on the same floor and the same thing happened again. All of this going on after 11:00pm to a family of 4. After being switched to a 4th room on a different level, the air worked but the room had a weird smell. They were very happy to switch rooms and try to help us but it was pretty frustrating.

We had a very late check in, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good.

This was a last minute decision, we had a new renovated room which was nice with a walk in shower, plenty of room and nice bed. Definitely worth the stay!! The staff was friendly on check in and check out.

No running water in our room for over 8 hours with no notice, no apology, no offering of a different room, no refund. Terrible. They acted like we were inconveniencing them by complaining.

Construction going on

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were excellent and clean.

Hampton is a go to for my family but this location underachieved. Construction made place untidy and coffee bar was not fully stocked. Not up to Hampton's usual standards.

This hotel was undergoing major renovation while we were here so it was difficult to answer some of the questions. In general, it was nice enough but the WiFi was so weak it was almost worthless

There was construction & did not meet the expectations for the price. The staff & location was AMAZING. Should have shut down the floors that had construction instead of visible tarp for guest to witness. Aesthetics was unacceptable.

The hotel is being renovated but the care and concern of the mess where people are staying is not there. We walked thru dusty hallways, rode on dirty dusty elevators and there was dust in the air from them demoing the room right next to ours. I respect Hotels need to be updated and appreciate that being done. But I have stayed in places where you barely knew it was happening. I also was told when I called that breakfast was 6-10 every day but then they did not have it until 7 on Saturday and Sunday which we had a volleyball tournament and had to leave early. When I called corporate offices and guest services did not get any help. Highly recommend waiting until renovations are done.

Worst hotel stay ever. Room was changed with no notice and were unable to accommodate my family. The Hampton guarantee is a myth. They did not even attempt to make me 100% happy.

Well not be staying there again. You must make sure your guess have everything they need after a long day of travel.
