Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cincinnati North

We had no issues. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was good and the hotel is located in a nice location. The staff came in and organized/ cleaned our room when we were away. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you!

Hotel was updated, clean, room was spacious, bathroom was lovely, AC worked like a charm during a nasty heat wave! The hotel gym was much roomier than other hotel gyms I have used and had good equipment (it could have used some heavier weights) but it had what I needed. We used the pool one day, and it was refreshing, and didn't smell overly chlorinated. Hotel breakfast had plenty of choices - overall a really great stay!

The beds are so worn and uncomfortable. There was also multiple long strands of someone else’s hair in the shower

This hotel is very very clean. The pool was nice and warm and the workout room was nice. The morning breakfast was really good the only problem was it was only from 6a-9a. Teenagers like to sleep in and they missed breakfast. It is posted everywhere even in the elevators but I didn’t even think to look at the signs and listings. That’s my fault!

The staff was very friendly helped when needed The breakfast was not the best Saturday morning the sausage didn't even look like it was done. Sunday morning the sandwiches they had was tough was not impressed with the breakfast at all

The room amd bathroom were very clean. The customer service was excellent. Turns out our fridge had been unplugged but maintenance quickly and promptly accessed that and corrected however the fridge didn't get cool enough to trust in the one night we were there so we had to rely on our cooler and ice. Beds were a little too hard and seemed older compared to the cosmetics updates of the room. But we'd definitely stay here again.

The location was great, beds were comfortable, very clean. I liked that there was vinyl flooring instead of carpet in the rooms. I had an emergency at home where my son was in an accident we had to check out a day early. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable on how to operate the computer software upon checking in or our emergency departure. I had to fight with them on the refund for the second day. All and all this part was very frustrating especially dealing with what we were already facing with my son. I booked the reservation through booking.com and they were very nice about facilitating the refund process.

The quality of the bed is very good

Everything was great. My only issue was the bed, but it maybe just me and my body.

Everything was clean and staff was very helpful. Only thing was the gym had about three sets of dumbbells.

Dirty room, then having moved to a handicap room , better, 1 pillow had no pillowcase.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Staff were pleasant and courteous. Hotel conveniently located off the highway. Even with the hotel completely booked for sports tournaments at the time of our visit, you never knew. Staff kept the main areas clean and enforced the quiet hours once 10pm arrived. As we have family in the area, we plan to use this hotel again.
