Third party “Engine” mentioned incidentals covered but Front desk still asked for CC. I showed the fd agent my reservation from the app showing it was covered. Said he couldn’t check me in if I didn’t provide a CC.

I couldn't get into the pool. They were having issues with the door and keycards. The bed was comfy. I have a bad back so this is very important to me. The pillows were good too. I would update the carpet and furniture it's cheap and on the ugly side.

Meh. I enjoyed the onsite bar that didn’t charge exorbitant prices. The room was quite musty - maybe because it was blazing hot all weekend. Breakfast was excellent!!

Also, when we were in our room, there was NO soap on the bathroom, there was no one call to ask about it, due to there was limited staff on the 4th of July weekend! We also noticed that there was, “Black Smeared Stuff” on our bathroom counter when we checked in our room! We were COMPLETELY unhappy with our stay at the hotel and are requesting a refund on the matter!!!!

No internet (Wi-Fi) connection in the room, no USB connection ports. Asked for a room with Wi-Fi but refused as no vacancy. High temp in room could could only be set to 69 degrees. Outside in 50s. Had to deposit $50 in case I used something, and the credit card I used, suddenly massively fraudulently used. Card had to be cancelled, and credit score trashed. Totally ripped off staying here. Travelled to this area to visit MD located nearby. I will not return.

Nice suite with a view and was very clean. Would be nice to have smart TVs in the room so you can sign into your streaming service. Very quiet compared to other places I've stayed lately so that was nice as well.

Lobby area and some accessories seems a bit tired. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Hallways needed vacuumed. Overall a good stay for the price!
