Clean, close to everything, nice staff.

Place was very clean

The hotel has been renovated in many areas. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, could use a little more attention, as it wasn't perfectly clean and could benefit from some fresh caulking and a bit of ceiling paint. It wasn't a major issue, though, and it didn't affect my overall experience. There wasn't any air conditioning in the hallway, which I assume may be an energy-saving measure. I completely understand that, and it wasn't a problem since the room itself had excellent air conditioning and stayed very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a different selection of hot items each morning, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Housekeeping is provided every other day, but if you need anything in between, the staff are quick to take care of it. Overall, I would absolutely give this hotel a 10/10. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation. The neighborhood is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. This was a great choice for a girls weekend getaway. The hotel is conveniently located off of I 75 and within minutes of great shopping and food. The staff were wonderful and very engaging from the moment we walked in. The hotel is well kept and the room was spacious and clean. I thought the beds were extremely comfortable, providing a good night's rest. I was not overly impressed with the breakfast, it was just okay. Overall, great stay!

Farzod and Tolkun are literally the best!

Everything was beautifully set, my kids and family love it here especially the staff, the only thing that borders me was I have to come down to get towels at the front desk no house keeping after hours.

Blanket wasn't clean. Blood stains.

The breakfast was not good, so we ended up only eating once because of that.

I also had pleasant conversation with another employee in the elevator who expressed how happy the employees were to have me as a guest and that they enjoyed their jobs. They realize how important I as a guest are to them and they do the very best they can to serve me. I found this level of friendliness and helpfulness through my dealings with employees at the hotel and I will be back again many visits as my family lives hereby.

Large clean room. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The refrigerator door opened backwards so we couldn't use the refrigerator. We were on the 2nd floor and there were children on the 3rd floor who jumped and stomped every night until 10pm

We had an excellent stay here! This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in...you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was 10 years old! It was in such good condition. I really loved that the rooms had wooden floors instead of carpet...much more cleaner! It was nice to have 50 inch Smart TVs- I love that I could connect to my Netflix account. I don't typically see TVs this large in hotels. The bathroom in our room was also very clean. The in-suite kitchen was huge and spacious! The staff also was very friendly and welcoming. Fazood checked us in and was very nice! I loved the location - plenty of restaurants and shops around and we felt very safe. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will definitely be staying in this hotel!
