The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Was put into a ADA room even though I hadn’t requested it, with a shower that poured water all over the floor. I asked to be moved if another room was available and they said their would be an upcharge of $108/night.

The property was clean and my teenager daughter and I felt very safe in the area. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great location for events at Spooky Nook.

Very clean very nice staff

Breakfast is great with a server. It is nice for my elderly father not to have to go through a buffet. Location is perfect for us I had asked for a room close to the elevator. My reservations were through booking.com and there was a disconnect, which is understandable. The staff did what they could to remedy the issue.

The hotel is modern, recently renovated, with stylish, comfortable rooms and one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in a long time thanks to the incredibly comfortable bed. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby, and the hotel also offers great facilities, including a lovely pool. After a three-night business stay, I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. What really makes this hotel special is the people. The level of hospitality was on par with what I’d expect at a luxury five-star hotel such as an InterContinental or Marriott. A huge shout-out to the gentleman on reception (I can’t remember his name) who has exceptional hospitality skills and made every interaction feel genuine. Ms. Betty at breakfast was equally fantastic - warm, friendly and a real asset to the team. The whole experience felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. I was so impressed that I took the time to compliment the hotel manager personally. You should all be incredibly proud of what you’ve created. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m next in the area. Kudos to the entire team!

We love this hotel and enjoy staying there. It’s our second stay. We like the bar being open in the evening where we can enjoy a drink after coming back from dinner. It’s a great place to stay in West Chester.

Due to the July 4th holiday, cleaning staff were not working, therefore our room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. We had to request towels and were told there were no more wash rags. However, the hotel was very nice and we had no other inconveniences.

Clean and location was convenient. Other than the sprinkler system in the way of our truck and getting all wet it was good.

Clean Nothing

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Room/bed was great! Burger from the restaurant was great. Grandkids enjoyed time in the pool while Mimi and Papaw just chilled with an adult beverage from the bar. Would definitely recommend this facility!!

Staying here was a great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, and I slept very well. The staff was helpful and I felt safe. The only downside was an unexpected $50 deposit for incidentals that took 4-5 days to be released.
