There were multiple teams staying at the hotel while we were there, and all the common areas were kept clean and welcoming. Staff went out of their way to assist with any questions we had. Definately 10/10

Clean When I booked it said breakfast included, when I went down for it this morning, she said I did t make the list! I wasn’t highlighted in the “list”. She tried to change me for it.

Best hotel around West Chester very clean staff is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you get breakfast included. Alma and Anna are the best they will make sure you have the best breakfast experience.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was included in my stay and I enjoyed the ability to order off the menu. Jason was awesome and made everyone feel very welcomed. The parking lot was being paved and stripped so you had to park farther away and since I just had knee surgery, I wish I had been told about this before I booked.

Great location if you're going to the Sharonville Convention Center (8 minute Uber) the Downtown Cincinnati Museums (20 minute uber) and/or Dayton, Ohio (39 minute uber). The access to all of Cincinnati cannot be beat. Highly recommended.
