What a great quick stay at The Valorian. I was impressed before check in even with the help of their amazing concierge, Jason. He was super helpful with recommendations and helping with a surprise for the room. While staying there Angel at the front desk was amazing! Thank you both. Room exceeded expectations. Bed super comfortable. We look forward to staying again!

It reminded me of it’s Former self as the Montreal Hotel except they had an event at the pool the last two nights and they didn’t end till after 2 AM both nights. If you don’t like loud music, don’t stay at this hotel. Or request a room in the quiet side of the hotel away from the pool.

Very nice hotel

I booked this very last minute once I arrived at the airport, and I was very pleased with the service, cleanliness, amenities etc….and the price was very affordable, compared to similar local options.

Great room, very friendly and helpful staff
-
The hotel and room were very nice. The room itself was large and clean. Very comfortable. Easy to walk to restaurants in the area.
-
Cleaning staff thorough and door staff friendly. Tried to charge us twice for resort fee. Front of house rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Water and coffee not refilled in room. Decor very dated.

Staff was amazing ! Great spot to stay

The rooms are unique. Comfortable and updated in an Art deco way. The pool is small and more set up to be something to congregate around and socialize. Definitely a younger crowd/influencer type, if that’s your thing. The valet is good, hard to find at first though on arrival. Expensive too, but overnight parking in this area is basically nonexistent so they get to charge as the market allows. The staff was friendly but the checkout person was a bit curt. I’d stay here again for the room, convenience to sunset strip activities, and overall feel.

Staff amazing as always
-
Did like the pool when could get a seat and room was big and bed was comfortable Giving priority to other people over guests many hotels do the complete opposite I feel like this hotel do not honour that
-
The only gripe I have is that the amenity charge of $37.50 per person per day was not highlighted during my booking process. Also that the Town Car service was restricted to 2 miles distance. We stayed five days and it was only available to us once. We didn’t use the pool or gym room at all during our stay so $375 for one Limo trip annoys us more than a bit.

Was very good thank you so much

All the staff are great

Great location on quieter end of Sunset St.
-
clean room friendly staff and good area

The menu was all alcohol too, needed more coffee/Matcha options! There was complimentary coffee in the morning but we always had to wait for it to be refilled and had to ask for milk which could have been better organised.

We stayed in a Studio Suite which was large, great bed and had fabulous views of the Holywood Hills. There are definitely teething problems from the takeover over of the mondrian and becoming a Hilton property. Check- in was chaotic as our booking hadn't migrated across properly and they wanted to put us in a much lower grade room. The bar also had a very poor selection of alcohol which didnt match the menu.
