After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. Around 4:00 a.m., I pulled back the covers and found the fitted sheet was filthy. I called the front desk and requested clean sheets or another room, but was told there were no available rooms and that I would have to change the bed myself because she was the only person on duty. I made three trips to the front desk because I was first given a mattress pad, then a queen-size fitted sheet instead of a king. I finally finished making the bed myself around 5:00 a.m. I showed the front desk employee photos of the dirty sheet. Later that day, I found hair on the shower floor and wall just as I got in it. I reported it to the front desk on Friday and again at checkout on Saturday, showing all photos to both employees. All three employees apologized and acknowledged the issues, but no one offered another room, assistance, or any compensation. This experience fell far below the standards I expect. A guest should never have to remake their own bed due to the hotel's lack of cleanliness, nor should they encounter a room that appears not to have been properly cleaned. The lack of cleanliness, inconvenience, and absence of any meaningful service recovery significantly diminished my stay.

We arrived after check in and it still took 30 minutes to get our rooms. The second floor hallway smelled strongly of weed. Young adults were running up and down hallway and having a party in their room until 2 in the morning.

Nice, clean and modern hotel. Be careful with the road construction in the area. Seems things might be moving out this way. Breakfast has a large variety. Book here with confidence.

It was perfect!!

Arrived with my family for the night. Clean Comfortable beds. Pool was nice. Easy drive into Memphis to do some quick tourist stuff. Alot of freeway construction at the moment. But that was not an issue. No waffle machine at breakfast (if that matters to your kids) but fresh fruit and muffins, eggs, sausage, cereal- all good.

Service was awesome, friendly staff, good breakfast.

The second one only had 1 king bed available but there was 2 noises in that room. It was pretty bothersome. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt. Enough to get you started on your day. Would I stay there again? Yes

Rooms are small but comfortable. Slamming doors and noise woke us a few times. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice, shower leaked some and got bath mat wet. Missing bulb in one reading lamp. Parking was easy. Close to restaurant, Cracker Barrel. Breakfast was good , eggs, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, breads , yogurt, fruit.

Every time Ive stayed here I’m more than satisfied

The hotel and personnel where great, the bed was stiff, I'd recommend a cushioned mattress topper.

Not impressed at all by Breakfast, porridge was salty and other options very limited!

Breakfast was great.

Checkin took longer than necessary. Staffbwas dealing with system and internet issues.

Location was decent, lots of construction going on. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our shower leaked. Orange juice was watered down, no fruit options for breakfast.

Upon check-in Mike was very helpful and he and his wife went above and beyond. Hotel was very clean, vinyl floors, great bed and pillows, covered pool (towels provided) open to outdoor seating area with bbq and firepit, big hot and cold selections for breakfast that were kept replenished, individual cup ground bean coffee, tea selection, still and sparkling water dispenser, snack shop, clean laundry facilities, ample parking and easy access to Memphis, fridge in room but no freezer, big shower, quiet air con, no tips asked for. No microwave in room but one available in lobby breakfast area downstairs. Ice machine. Only con we found was no peanut butter. 100% recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable.
