Staff helpful , great location Not clean , needs update

Great location, wonderful staff. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Place is nice and clean

When I stopped to check in, there was a terrible thunderstorm and the electricity had gone out. As customers started to stack up, Nathan, the night manager, was doing his best going back and forth with IT to get the computers up and running so he could get us all checked it. Took about an hour and once we were assigned rooms, he realized that the room card reader was not working, He had to take us up one at a time and open our doors, then later deliver keys. Through all this he maintained his professional and calming demeanor, never a cross word. He was truly the hero of a pretty miserable evening, Thank you Nathan,

CLEAN!! It is so clean and so new. I am truly enjoying my time here! A lot of construction around the area, I can’t say anything bad about the property!

Excellent service, and great rooms for low price!

Finally a hotel that has what I really needed as a traveler. Hooks on the wall, a nice neat corner with a little bench for your suitcase and a place to put your shoes, under the bench. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the design. It is perfect for travelers, we all have bags, backpacks, laptop bags. There was a great spot for everything. The bathroom was a perfect size and the shower was great! The staff was very helpful, polite and nice. The lobby was great, it had a good snack station and the FREE breakfast was great! I will always look for this hotel when traveling in the future! Good job putting together the ideal hotel room!
