La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Memphis

Clean room, loved the shower, everything worked perfectly & we were able to be comfortable feel safe & sleep amazingly in the beds!

One thing I found strange though. They say they are pet friendly, but they not only charge $25 for pets, but also have a full page of expectations to sign off on. A full page!

Friendly staff an accommodated our request to have adjoining rooms. They also helped us when a family member accidentally had their adjoining room door that is spring loaded close on them an locked them out of their room.

My bathroom and shower was not clean there mildew all along the lower shower walls.

Staff was awesome

Good place to stay

We had stayed at a La Quinta in another town the night before, and had some of the same issues. Thought we'd give it another go. So I will say that this is likely our last La Quinta stay. Animal stays should be limited to one floor only, no exceptions. This hotel told us that was the second floor. We were on the fourth floor and we saw four different families with animals.So don't believe that one floor is what they stick to. So that's it for us! Staff tried their best to accommodate but you can't fix some of that in a night

The La Quinta in West Memphis was an excellent choice for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very well maintained and clean. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would certainly recommend staying there.

Needed a clean room with a safe area to stay. This hotel fit the bill.

The staff was helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was great including the waffles, eggs, and variety of cereals. However, there was room for improvement in the room and pool. The room felt humid including the carpet. You could tell the bathroom had been patched up here and there and the fridge leaked overnight. My kids were excited about the pool, but the water was dirty and the bench in the pool felt slimy.

Overall, both the service and the breakfast fell well below my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
