Holiday Inn Express and Suites West Memphis by IHG

-First night, the bath tub drain was apart and in sections with evidence of unsuccessful maintenance. -The clock registered seemingly military time until the morning when it registered 74:38. Truly. I didn’t know a digital clock had the capability of displaying 74 as the hour! The room was basically fine, seemingly clean. 1 week later-second night stay. -The bathroom basin was broken, cracked. -The room smelled of cat pee. We sprayed Bath & Body Works air freshener. -The parking lot was trashy. Not the best place I’ve stayed in. I’d not give it a 4.8 rating, which is what I used when I booked the room on Expedia.

Clean, quiet, comfortable after a long day of traveling in the car.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly. The only complaint I have is that the floor of the bathtub was really torn up.

The only negative with ALL the Holiday Inn Express for me was that they did not put coffee cups in the room, no pot either. There was no hand soap at this one.

The property is clean. Rooms size is good. Staff is fantastic. Breakfast is good. I think the beds in my room are ready for a refresh. The mattress has a significant sag to it, and the box spring seemed to be broken. If those were changed, the room would have been excellent.

Clean Too much road noise from I-40

Great hotel to stop at while traveling. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds and great location right off the highway. Will stay there again.

the fact that i booked and paid for a double bed room and got a single bed room and also the fact that the staff didnt seem to care

i booked a 2 queen room as it was my father and I traveling together and when we arrived it was a one king room and when i went to the front desk they said "I don't know why they always book those rooms when we have none" and did not accommodate us at all not even a roll out bed. i will never stay here again the fact that i booked and paid for a double bed room and got a single bed room and also the fact that the staff didnt seem to care

We could hear the highway noise. It was very loud...they had ear plugs, but don't like to wear them. That was the only issue

The kind lady running breakfast made our stay especially enjoyable. She was friendly, made sure we had everything we needed before cleaning up, and engaged us in conversation as she worked/we finished eating.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was a lot of hair on toilet and on pillows on the bed tub was not clean.
