Staff was the best! A special thanks to Avi Patel and Ginger at the front desk for giving a great customer service experience! The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, and the continental breakfast had hot food.

Property is very clean. Bring ear plugs because the property is right off the highway and traffic is loud. Use caution in the shower as there is no slip protection and tub is very slippery

Location was good. The room smelled of mold so bad, floors felt damp. Hallways were hot. Breakfast was not good.

The room was large.Two bedside tables.Large TV. Refrigerator and microwave. Love seat that would fold out (we didn’t need that). Safe. Closet with doors. King size bed with two types of pillows- soft or harder. USB ports and outlets everywhere. Reading lights for both sides of the bed. We didn’t use the pool, but it was inside the hotel. A real breakfast with eggs and sausage. Desk with desk chair. Extra stuffed chair. Two footstools. Beautiful sink in the bathroom. Large hair dryer. Closest room to the elevator. Two elevators. Hotel looks new. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff heard me mutter about no coffee creamer after breakfast - she left the front desk to see that the creamers were all filled. The lady who does breakfast is wonderful but she needs a second person to help. Children spilled egg on the floor. They instantly cleaned it up. And how did they get egg up on one of the walls? The window faced a wall.

Good sized room Appreciated the freezer section of the refrigerator. The thing needed to be defrosted.

The room, including the bathroom, is very spacious. We had a very relaxing, comfortable stay. The staff members were all nice. We arrived there after 9pm without having dinner, and were happy to find the glass jar with lemon water and cookies by the front door! The ice machine on our floor was out of order (no sign about it), and I had to go to another floor to get the ice, which was not a big deal for me.

We stopped thru on our way home after a week long stay in Florida. 1st: bed was the comfiest bed we stayed in all week long! 2nd: room was clean to an extent. Looked like the cleaning staff never opened the blinds to actually see what was dirty. The floor behind the door to the bathroom was filthy... Looked like coffee had been spilt down the wall and never cleaned.. otherwise room was nice. We walked in to it being 63° and felt wonderful! Nice being able to come in and already be cool instead of having to wait for the room to cool down to actually be comfortable.

Very professional

It seems to be a newer facility. The rooms are adequately appointed. The staff was very, very friendly. The included hot breakfast was a little above average. The waffles were perfect, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Our beds were comfy and not too worn out yet. We loved having a pool, which is one of the reasons why we chose this property, however, it is not heated.

Unfortunately, when my daughter and wife walked into our room, there was a bed bug sitting on top of one of the pillows. That was enough for us, so we left! They were very apologetic and said that was unacceptable, and refunded our incidentals deposit. Since my booking was through Hotels.com, I had to go through them to issue my non-refundable booking. It took some time, but they did issue a full refund.

Location. No grab bars in shower. Common areas looked aged.

Staff is helpful and pleasant! Rooms are large.
