Quality Inn West Memphis I-40

Barely good for a pit stop. Went with a family and it barely did the job. The lobby staff hate there job and it shows. Very rude ignorant staff.

Good price. Rooms were decently clean but there was was a sour smell to the room and bedding and the bedding was stained a bit . The bathroom was clean and all around clean hotel. The breakfast was decent not going to complain it was free. Overall a good stay.

The room and property were fine. Nothing special. We were in a double queen room with 4 people, but there were only two washrags and towels. When i asked for more towels, the staff informed me that there weren't any more. She then explained it was because "you don't turn in the dirty ones."

Disgusting! We arrived very late from a long road trip, we just wanted a clean room to rest for awhile before getting back on the road. When we woke up we realized we couldn’t use the bathroom or shower because how dirty it was! Old food in the fridge, trash on floor, photos were shown to the front desk, and 18$ was refunded! Disrespectful, I understand we stayed, that’s our fault, but 18$ refunded? We will no longer stay at any Quality Inns.

Nice hotel, average breakfast, friendly staff

The front desk staff were very nice, as were the ladies who clean the rooms. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Parking was ample and close by. Breakfast was good although it would’ve been better if they had yogurt in the little fridge.

Cheap Staff asked me why I wanted an extra set of towels and couldn't give me what I asked for. Coffee and hot water machine was broken

Everything was very nice. We might stay there again if our travels take us there overnight. Nothing.

Location next to highway. 1st room assigned smelled like smoke, so next room was slightly better. The complimentary breakfast was ok however staff didn't refill banana. Was told they ran out of bananas.
