Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West

We were initially disappointed our room was not ready at check in time after a long day of travel, but the manager, Lance, quickly rectified that! The rooms were so clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy walk to American Family Field. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful facility. Well built and well maintained. Upscale for a bargain price. Staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I recommend and will stay here again.

The only issue I had was I booked 2 rooms and only 1 room was available until we got back to the hotel at around 9:30 pm was when we were able to get the 2nd room. Plus they still charged me a fee for the 2nd room instead of waving the fee for the inconvenience. Over $600 I paid them for 2 rooms for 1 night.

The outside seating area was littered with cigarette butts and a few bits of trash. Landscaping needs major work (very unattractive. The pressure of the shower was very poor. A couple of safety rails are needed. I had a couple of times that I almost slipped & fell. The staff was outstanding! Warm, friendly and very helpful.

There are no outlets next to the bed. This is very inconvenient.

The rooms were well-priced compared to other nearby similar-class hotels and the breakfast was good. The waffle-makers only seem to make a cameo on the weekends, though! There was one worker who did a great job keeping everything stocked and clean, but she was a bit vocal about not being able to wait until 10am, when breakfast ended that Saturday. The front desk staff was incredible. There wasn’t a time where they weren’t absolutely SLAMMED with business…but each rep kept her cool and handled business with politeness and professionalism. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

After checking in, we decided we were going to book another night. Front desk staff was so helpful, we got to stay in sane room. When I come to Milwaukee again, this is going to be my first choice.

Very clean rooms! & and very good breakfast options.

The room was clean and roomy, the exercise room was well equipped, and the complimentary breakfast was great! The location was ideal for the event we were attending, and it was also just across the road from American Family Field!
