Cute aesthetics in the room Communication with the owner/receptionist was IMPOSSIBLE. I booked this room 10 months in advanced and tried so many times to call them, email them, text them. I even called booking.com through whom I made the reservation and even they could not reach them. There is no water available in the hotel except for a small bottle if you ask for it. The gated entrance and glass plated office the receptionist lives in gives off a terrible vibe. It appears scary, unwelcoming, intimidating, strange for a hotel. I presume it must have been robbed at some point. You can’t even get in unless you ring the bell. Why would I want to stay here if the staff doesn’t seem friendly or safe or trusting of their customers. Just weird

Nice and close to the ball park. The price was very reasonable. Everything was OK.

WiFi is ok. Large TV. The room has an air conditioner that has been retrofitted and is very noisy. Very basic accommodations with no refrigerator.

I like the unique look of it. It was super clean. They provided a lot of amenities which was great. Nothing! Everything was wonderful

The staff was super friendly and made the check in and check out process so easy. I did have to call twice to reach someone over the phone, but it appears they make an effort to be readily accessible, and this effort was very appreciated. They also provide lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area and food that can be delivered. The property has been recently renovated and looks great- my fiancee and I loved the rooms, although the showers seemed a little old and the pipes can take a while to either heat or cool the water. Still, the room had signage to notify guests of this issue and it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were pretty clean upon arrival, and had secure parking behind a gate. The price for value was pretty accurate. The location wasn’t the best, and you could hear the noise of the train and cars going by outside. As well as stadium traffic, it was a rather large nightmare. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and had a strange plastic cover over the mattress making it crinkly when you laid down on it. The provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash were pretty small, so probably bring your own.
